The "Cuppa"
Above is a picture of a cuppa. This liquid
is normally drunk by the teachers in a molten state, with temperatures
exceeding 5000 degrees centigrade. Any human attempting to drink the cuppa
will either be burned alive, or become addicted to the ridiculously high
amounts of the drug, caffeine, which is a major ingredient of the drink
(approximately 99% of the total volume of the cuppa is pure caffeine).
The cuppa is drunk from a heat resistant,
asbestos utensil, called a china. This can come in many forms, and usually
bears some alien insignia on it like "I don't like teaching, but I like
living on the edge". The china has a carrying implement on the side to
increase the spillage area when the china is dropped from a height when
the teacher is in a stress. It has also been designed with great precision
to break on contact with the floor so that no student may copy the technology
when trying to clean up a broken china.
Teachers must ingest at least one cuppa
every hour, otherwise they enter the stress zone, and start hurling pupils
about.
