A spinning prayer wheel

April 1st, 2003   '

From yesterday's emails ... I'd forgotten writing this mantra (about a year ago): "I like to watch the mystery gradually unfold. No logic is required when you're wrinkled and old."

Looks like a nice enough day for this - now all I have to work out is the time difference between New York & Melbourne ... {seems like it's us 15 hrs ahead?}

Fractals

Hmmm ... that prayer vigil link seems to have been altered - the details of the vigil removed?? ... about visualising GWB as a little boy & sending him all the love in your heart ... soooo ... I Had a litle search to see what pops up ... click

{to the tune of 'You are my sunshine'}

Well ... I did set my alarm for 2 AM for that fifteen minute prayer vigil ...

"That's so sad. Your happiness depends on other people. I get mine from deep inside myself."

That IQ test from yesterday ... kinda reminds me of a quote from our old mate the daily lama ... something along the lines that our education system spends a lot of time

Some ironic stuff I read at some discussion board ... proud to be an american ... where I know I'm free ... the irony is that as long as your mind is attached to such concepts as nationalism, you're a very LONG way from being truly free ...

Yes, wasn't it Mr Einstein who compared patriotism to the measles ...

Cropped image of bird singing on top of someone's head :)

Plus someone saying how much they hate complainers ... (a) Hate is a very strong word to use for people who may seem a bit different from yourself in some aspect or other ... (b) stating that you hate complainers is in itself a complaint ...

On second thoughts, hatred is probably a step or two above a mere complaint ...
