Tunnel vision -
Close your eyes and visualise or feel the tunnel like the NDE'ers describe. At the far end is this incredibly bright light. Pour into that light in your own unique way, whatever debris you notice is in the tunnel after being shattered by your vow break. You can make tonal sounds, fast forward the speed if there's a lot of stuff hanging around and hanging out. See, or feel, all of it completely dissolve into the light.
Crazy, man CRAZY!
Now, let's talk about crazy. Feelings of being crazy, or going crazy, or things just generally being very very cra-zee. It's true, they are. But there's one thing we'd like very much to assure you of. You are not crazy.
You are also not alone. Millions and millions of us are going through the equivalent of a light body puberty. It's awful. It's maddening. It's ridiculous. And it's happening! And it certainly helps to know this. You're not wacko or flaky, even if it seems like it.
Also not everyone is going through the same things at the same time. There are some in the avant garde, some in the middle and some who haven't yet heard the news but who will, eventually, bringing up the rear.
