rather master of Soun and Genma, his two disciples or more like foolish lackies. Hes is extremly powerful
but his weakness and form of power come from one and the same, his perversion. He spends alot of his time stealing bras and panties
from people backyards, gyms, dressing areas..etc...etc... He cant help but grope girltype Ranma and akane whenever he can or for that
case any pretty girl. He also prides himself with his collection of bras and panties. He is usally seen with a green bag behind him full of
his pride -_- ). 
So for all you male perverts out there bow to happosai.
With his great strength and/or cunning he his able to manipulate people in order to get what he wants when he wants it.
He especially likes to taunt and badger Ranma as Ranma has just as much pride or more in himself. This in effect allows
Ranma not to be controlled by happousai and to happousai of course appears as a challenge. In that respect do Ranma and Happosai have alot common.
And of course he likes to badger Ranma because of his curse or in this case happousai's blessing. Happy lives with the tendo's for the purpose to train and teach Ranma so that Ranma
can eventually become a successor for the Tendo School of martial arts. Happy's main form of attacks are from his pipe and his happo fire burst technique which utilizes firebombs.
