Here are some cool Utilities for working with different format video and audio files.
Version 0.41: A new Version of the MpegUtils program written by Ferrit himself for manipulating VOB files. New to this version: Added a check for the file size, it won't continue unless the vobs are under 1GB. Please check the included Readme file for a full list of features.
VobSplitter
Version 0.2: Another useful program written by Ferrit. This version of the program provides you with the ability to split VOB to smaller files. Please check the included Readme file for a full list of features.

Version 0.1: Another New program written by Ferrit. This version of the program provides you with the ability to split VOB to chapters that is stored in the IFO files that is in the Video_ts Directory. Please check the included Readme file for a full list of features.
Future release will have the ability to choose which stream to save to the new vob file. It will support Sub-Pictures, AC3 streams, and maybe DTS.
