life.  The possibilities are endless.  Sure maybe you had a wonderful career.  Was that job the most important thing in your life?  Is that what you truly lived for?  If it was than all I can tell you is you never had a life and now you do.  Just because you can no longer be out in the 'rat race' shouldn't keep you from setting goals.  There are many things you can do from simple at home projects to volunteering to help a good cause.  The important thing is now you can decide what you want to do and how you want to do it. </div> <bR> <div> Take me for an example.  You read my story and how I had a great job and how much I loved it.  I have now found a new life.  I love to sew, cross-stitch, bake, read a good book, watch a good movie, take walks, craft, visit family and friends.  I help the senior citizens and, in the past, started a lupus support group for my area and now this web site.  All of these things I have done at my own pace and over a period of time.  I have learned to listen to my body and when it tells me to rest that is exactly what I do.  I am sure a healthy person would have completed this site long before me, but that doesn't bother me anymore.  I know I am slow and accept it but still continue to keep on trucking.  It doesn't bother me if the rabbit wins the race.  All I want is that good feeling of accomplishment that "I did it".</div> <bR> <div> You can do this too.  It is just a matter of adjusting your way of thinking.  Instead of dwelling on how your life used to be, think of ways to make it full again.  Maybe you enjoy working in a garden, decorating, singing or even attempting to write a book.  Whatever it is you enjoy I am sure you will find it even helps you to feel better.  Keep your mind healthy and you will feel more joy than
