1. Presently, there are 129 deep underground military bases in the United States. "They have been building these 129 bases day and night, unceasingly, since the early 1940's. Some of them were built even earlier than that. These bases are basically large cities underground connected by high-speed magneto-leviton trains that have speeds up to Mach 2. A. 2. "Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was called the 1954 Greada Treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings, but that they had to give details about the people involved. Slowly, the aliens altered the bargain until they decided they wouldn't abide by it at all. A. 3. Now, I knew this fellow for the better part of 30 years, and he was kind of a quiet type. He came in to see me one day, excited, and he told me "they're building prisoner cars." He was nervous. Gunderson, he said, had a contract with the federal government to build 107,200 full length railroad cars, each with 143 pairs of shackles. There are 11 sub-contractors in this giant project. Supposedly, Gunderson got over 2 billion dollars for the contract. Bethlehem Steel and other steel outfits are involved. He showed me one of the cars in the rail yards in North Portland. He was right. If you multiply 107,200 times 143 times 11, you come up with about 15,000,000. This is probably the number of people who disagree with the federal government. A. 4. By the way, none of the stealth program would have been available if we had not taken apart crashed alien disks. None of it. Some of you might ask what the "space shuttle" is "shuttling". Large ingots of special metals that are milled in space and cannot be produced on the surface of the earth. They need the near vacuum of outer space to produce them. We are not even being told anything close to the truth. I believe our government officials have sold us down the drain - lock, stock and barrel. Up until several weeks ago, I was employed by the U.S. government with a Ryolite-38 clearance factor - one of the highest in the world. I believe the Star Wars program is there solely to act as a buffer to prevent alien attack - it has nothing to do with the "cold war", which was only a toy to garner money from all the people - for what? The whole lie was planned and executed for the last 75 years. A. 5. There have been indications that the Delta Force was sent over to Bosnia during the last days of the Bush administration as a covert sniper force, and that they started taking pot shots at each side of the controversy, in order to actually start the Bosnia conflict that would be used by succeeding administrations for political purposes. A. 6. "I was hired not too long ago to do a report on the World Trade Center bombing. I was hired because I know about the 90 some- odd varieties of chemical explosives. I looked at the pictures taken right after the blast. The concrete was puddled and melted. The steel and the rebar was literally extruded up to six feet longer than its original length. There is only one weapon that can do that - a small nuclear weapon. (fusion bombs) That's a construction-type nuclear device. Obviously, when they say that it was a nitrate explosive that did the damage, they're lying 100%, folks. The people they have in custody probably didn't do the crime. A. 7. "The federal government has now invented an earthquake device. I am a geologist, and I know what I am talking about. With the Kobe earthquake in Japan, there was no pulse wave as in a normal earthquake. None. In 1989, there was an earthquake in San Francisco. There was no pulse wave with that one either. It is a Tesla device that is being used for evil purposes. The black budget programs have subverted science as we know it. A. 8. Look at AIDs, invented by the National Ordinance Laboratory in Chicago, Illinois in 1972. It was a biological weapon to be used against the people of the United States. The reason I know this is that I have seen the documentation by the Office of Strategic Services, which by the way is still in operation to this day, through the CDC in Atlanta. A. 8a. How do you bounce that against the fact that AIDS was created at Fort Detrick, Maryland? Are the aliens ultimately behind that as well? I don't know. It's very possible. It originated on the orders of the World Health Organization. I suppose you have to go back and see who was responsible for this diabolical plan within WHO to create a virus that would destroy the human immune system. They found out that once it was released that it mutated like crazy and there is no way to produce a vaccine for it. The government does have a way to cure it, but they do that on a pretty selective basis. The cure involves electromagnetic. There are also other means that have been discovered, but the government doesn't want the outside world to have it. Its part of the population reduction program. G. 8b. How did they spread the virus initially? Through World Health Organization inoculations that were contaminated with the virus. The first program was in black Africa in 1974 with the smallpox inoculations. They then went to Brazil and other Hispanic countries and did it there. In 1978, they laced the gamma globulin for the Hepatitis B vaccine because the homosexual population was the greatest consumer. That's why it showed up first in the United States in the homosexual population and why it was claimed to be a homosexual disease. Nothing could be further from the truth, but it was something the Evangelists took up quickly, saying that AIDS was "Gods curse on the homosexual". People didn't worry about it who weren't gay. The people who planned this didn't figure on the ability of the virus to mutate. G. 9. Well, let me say that the cadavers from the Ron Brown aircraft arrived at Dover AFB, Delaware, and they had traces of the chemical "thermite" on them. This is a chemical in bombs that are used to blow safes and bunker doors. B. 10. The "Gulf War Syndrome" is a continuation of the biological warfare which has been tested not only on civilian populations over the years, but is an extension of Agent Orange and other types of testing. It shouldn't come as a surprise to the public that testing, research and engineering has been conducted for the ultimate "super weapon". You can look at this from either of two sides. On one hand, you can justify the development of biological warfare if you think that there are nations who are going to do it anyway, in defiance of the Geneva Convention and other laws. On the other hand, my investigation proves that biological agents were not only developed and used in the Persian Gulf war, but that they are in fact part of the Global 2000 population downsizing program. I can speak with authority on this, because of the evidence I have obtained. No one gave me the "spy handbook". I used my 28 years in security. I trained many of the agents and sold some of the spooks a lot of high-tech "toys" in the days of vector counter-intelligence and Ben Jamil. I go back many years with some of the players. B. 11. What I found at the PIT plant was very heinous. I found that a strain of hydrogen cyanide called Prussian Blue was being tested on gas mask filters more than 1 year prior to the Persian Gulf War. This information was known to the President of the United States, George Bush. It was arranged through Trevor Armbrister, a CIA asset and a Senior Editor of Reader's Digest, to fly me to the steps of the White House. Time does not permit me to tell my story, but the information that I want to get out to the American people is that the Gulf War illnesses are actually communicable diseases. The microbes will live almost indefinitely, but for a minimum of seven years. It's on the gas masks, the clothing, the weapons -- any of the materials brought back from the Gulf War. I have reports from several different states where civilians that bought some of the clothing went home and wore them, and now the entire family is in wheel chairs; there have been some deaths as a result of this. B. 12. Mad Cow disease came out in Britain; however, a lot of this can be traced back to the Gulf War. We're not being told here in the United States that there is much more going on around the world. We are looking at a worldwide plague. It is not just the Gulf War veterans that have it; it is spreading around the world. A lot of the diseases that you're hearing about are not the result of natural causes; they are from the Persian Gulf war. B. 13. Ron Brown was a notorious person. He's had his finger in every crooked deal. He took a $700,000 bribe from Hanoi to get the trade embargo dropped. He was involved in the Denver International Airport boondoggle, which went about a billion dollars over budget. He was involved in the S&L scandal, Iran-Contra, and he was a big money runner for the Democratic Party. If you wanted any kind of permit from the government, you had to grease Ron Brown's palm and he would take care of the Democratic front runners. He was getting too big for his britches; he was a problem for the New World Order. He also blackmailed Clinton, and told him if he made him Secretary of Commerce or Secretary of State, that he would see to it that Jesse Jackson did not get involved in the 1992 election, and it didn't happen. Brown was a problem. Brown would have been suspicious if they had asked him to fly to Bosnia with a bunch of low-level munchkins. The big shots from the corporations were sacrificial "pigs". Brown figured that if big shots like Bechtel and ABB were on the plane, that surely they wouldn't shoot the plane down. Bosnia is a popular killing field for unpopular and unwanted political figures who have outlived their usefulness. B. 14. In 1949, alien craft were often seen hovering over sensitive nuclear installations, especially in New Mexico, and probes known as "green fireballs" were frequently seen all over the state; they were presumably monitoring something to do with radiation. The disk crash at Roswell, New Mexico netted on live alien, named EBE (Extra-terrestrial Biological Entity). It was a name coined by study group member Detlev Bronk. C. 15. Astronomers in 1953 made a rather disturbing discovery of a large object that entered the solar system, which later proved to be an object that was intelligently guided and emitted communication signals. The Air Force, in the same year, discovered huge orbiting objects between 100 to 500 miles altitude. They were alien craft. C. 16. In 1954, Dr. Wilhelm Reich began experiments with his cloud buster equipment, and discovered that he could affect the propulsion systems of some of the alien disks. Reichs discoveries also involved the manipulation of biological energy in terms of conquering disease. It didn't take the government long to realize what a threat Reich was to the established order, and Reich was hassled by the government and jailed. Hew was finally murdered in Lewisburg prison in November 1957. C. 17. The National Security Council had established a "deal" with the Big-nosed Grey's. The Grey's would make sure that they would give a periodic list of ABDUCTEES to the NSC. By April of 1954, it became obvious to the Eisenhower administration that the Grey's had broken the agreement and were abducting far more people than they reported, including large numbers of children. C. 18. 1962 was also the year that a space probe was landed on Mars. It confirmed the presence of a viable atmosphere and further strengthened the push for Alternative 3. (Colonization of other planets) C. 19. On July 20 - 21, 1969, the public is treated to Neil Armstrong landing on the Moon (in the wrong place). Armstrong and his crew are treated to views of huge alien spacecraft surrounding their landing site. Radio hams pick up the chatter involved in the incident. C. 20. 1973 Scientists again discover a large object moving toward the Earth. It is confirmed to be another alien craft. C. 21. E.D.: The second part of her
account had to do with the stalking of our space missions by UFOs to the
moon and so on. She even said that the aliens apparently helped in one
case by bringing the Apollo 13 back, that was the impression that she got
and.. 22. According to the report, two hunters in the Bliss and Jerome area of Idaho had literally stumbled across the nude body of a man that had been hideously mutilated. The body was in the literal middle of nowhere, nude except for a pair of underpants, his sexual organs had been removed, his lips sliced off, and several other classic mutilation cuts. Although he was in very rugged country, his bare feet were not marked as if he had walked in that terrain, but yet no other tracks, animal or human were evident anywhere. After the police were notified, an intensive search was mounted, and miles away, the mans possessions were recovered, yet no one yet knows how the body ended up where it was found, or even more importantly, what happened to him. It should be noted that this area also had over the years, many unexplained UFO reports and cattle mutilations. E. 23. I had been warned by a prominent UFOlogist, that there was a lid "screwed down tighter than you would believe in regards to human mutilations." E. 24. NASA may have found the evidence of life when Galileo first probed the moon of Jupiter, but then withheld the information... which wouldn't be surprising. Life outside of Earth is big, big news. They need to treat it very carefully. However, the bigger problem for NASA here is that the concept of life on Europa is closely associated with Richard Hoagland who happen to strongly accuses NASA of withholding information regarding artificial structures on Mars and the Moon. If they announced that there is life on Europa, the media would certainly focus on Hoagland and praise him for his insight. And this would lead their attention to the possible artificial structures on Mars and the moon, Hoagland's more recent claims. Obviously, this is not good for NASA / gov't. They can't let the public know about the big conspiracies surrounding Mars and the moon. So what do they do? They tried to let one of THEIR (NASA) people steal Hoagland's idea regarding life on Europa and give one of _their_ people credit for the theory. F. 25. I think the plan is to let the general public know that there once was life on Mars in the past, before they announce that there IS life on Europa NOW. Because it is less shocking to be told that there was, IN THE PAST, life on another planet than to be told that there is life, RIGHT NOW, in other parts of our solar system. F. 26. The Hubble telescope was probably deliberately sabotaged, and they had already planned to tell everybody that there was something wrong with Hubble's mirror, so that _3 years_ later, astronauts would have to go up and "fix" it. But there was probably nothing wrong with the mirror itself at all. It was done to justify the manned visit in Dec.1994 of the Hubble telescope by the astronauts. Had Mars Observer been in position and orbiting Mars, it would have had many pictures taken (i.e. Cydonia, Face etc. that may have proved the existence of extraterrestrial or an advanced ancient civilization) already at that time. - How could it send the photographs back to earth? 8. Mars Observer had a rare capability of sending out laser beams/signals. It could be easily reprogrammed to code the transmission of the secret Cydonian images on the laser and beam them half way across the solar system to the Hubble telescope. And Hubble, in earth orbit, could be used as a "optical light bucket" to catch the laser signal sent by Mars Observer, using a device called the "high speed photometer" which was carried by the Hubble telescope. It could detect a flickering coded laser beam blinking at a 100,000 times/sec (= 100,000 bits/sec) The only telescope on earth that could even see Mars or see the signals would have been one orbiting the earth. No telescope on earth could intercept the signals BECAUSE MARS WAS SO CLOSE TO THE SUN, THEY WOULD PICK UP NOTHING BUT NOISE (late '93 -early '94). The Hubble telescope was the only possible receiver for the laser signal from Mars Observer, because of the sun-Mars-Earth geometry at that particular time. F. 27. The first part of the mind control project was to take an individual and stand them about 250 feet away from the antenna. The SAGE radar had a peak pulse power of .5 MW. The antenna had a gain of 30db. That means an effective radiated power of at least a gigawatt. It was nominally a gigawatt. Can you imagine what that would do to people? I think its amazing these people are still here. It does things like burn out brain functions, create neurological damage, scar lungs from heat, etc. They tried this with a number of people and there were few survivors. G. 28. We estimate they took 10,000 American children off the street and brought them to Montauk, New Jersey. The total number of people that they pulled off the streets for the 25 stations was about 250,000. What the actual thrust of the program was in terms of all these kids is still a mystery. We still don't know the answers. We know they were fully programmed for something. They were subjected to programming which eventually became more "humane" using advanced electronic techniques. The original programming was Reichian in nature and was more physical. Later they worked out techniques that used computers and electronic programming with the Reichian techniques that took very fast and had little side effects. G. 29. The prototype came from the aliens. Beyond that we are uncertain. This chair was essentially a mind amplifier. The government would have specially trained individuals sit in the chair and generate thought forms, which would be amplified and transmitted. They could transmit the signal and put people in a pre-orgasmic state where they would be receptive to programming. It worked very well and they found other capabilities. They found that it could work in time. They had a psychically trained individual sit in the chair and generate a thought form of a vortex that connected 1947 and 1981. That's exactly what they got - a time tunnel they could walk through. There was a series on television at one time that portrayed this concept fairly accurately. These were some of the earlier capabilities. They started going forward and backward in time. That was the last phase of the Phoenix project. When did this time machine get going? Around 1979 or 1980 it was fully operational. This transmitter had enough power to warp space and time. The individual in the chair would have to synthesize the vortex function because they didn't have the technical capability to do that. It can now be mechanically synthesized. They did other things. They had the subject in the chair think of some creature, and the creature would materialize. They had the individual in the chair think of all the animals at Montauk point charging into town, and that's exactly what happened. They almost had the power to create a being. The problem they had was that what they created only stayed as long as the mind amplifier was on. G. 30. There is another matter. Starting about August 6th, 1943, UFOs appeared over the Eldridge for about six days. They were there during the test. One of the UFOs was sucked up into hyperspace with the Eldridge and it ended up in an underground facility in Montauk in 1983. It contained a charging device which some aliens made us go back and get for them, as they didn't want humans to have it. We don't know who they were. Pruett was concerned about an alien invasion. G. 31. Apparently it was a decision reached by the secret government. The final decision was made in the White House in 1972 on the basis of a meeting of world leaders under Nixon. A friend of mine got the notes from that. He's now in prison, and he talked about it publicly in 1974. He said that they had the meeting and agreed that the planet was overpopulated and that it had to be reduced. The decision was to reduce the population from 5 billion, which it was at that time, to 1 billion by the year 2000. They were to use any and all means to do this. They believed that the earth could only handle 1 billion inhabitants. Their problem was how to exterminate 80% of the world population in 30 years. They modified the figure to be 2 billion by 2000, but the AIDS thing is going to take care of a good part of that for them. The latest figures coming out of Washington indicate that Africa is now as good as doomed. In another ten years, 75% of Africa will be dead. G. 32. It was an attempt to explain some disappearances. It's an intriguing idea. Strangely enough, they didn't cover something that really happened in Denver around 1965. A jet was coming in on final approach in daylight with no bad weather and vanished entirely from the radar screen. It was never found. No trace. Years later, in Tucson, I met the son of a man who was vice president of United Airlines. I asked him about it. He said, "how did you hear about that?". I said I read it in the newspapers and then it was hushed up. He said, .. you better believe it was". I asked him if anyone knew what happened to it, and he said that they had no idea. There was no wreckage, nothing. G. 33. Are there any tunnels under the Pyramids? There is a tunnel under Giza. No one knows when it was constructed or how. How about spacecraft or anything else like that? An expedition was mounted as a result of data gathered back in the 1920's and 1930's about a secret chamber under the pyramid. They built equipment in later years and went in down into the pyramid and found this metal door 500 feet below the base of the pyramid. They found other doors. The doors used a sonic code. They found a room with over 30,000 recording disks and alien equipment. They made photos of the disks with IR film. The Egyptian government wouldn't allow them to take any out. The disks were deciphered. They described the rise and fall of civilizations in outer space going back more than 100,000 years. This group built this record room and then built the pyramid over it. There was no UFO, but a lot of equipment was stored on three levels. They photographed over 2,700 record disks. According to an Air Force contact, these disks are sitting in a safe at Kirtland AFB in New Mexico. They don't want the public to know the information. G. 34. Would you consider the secret government the Fourth Reich? It's hard to say. My understanding of it is that the secret government is not connected with the Nazis but with world bankers, old money and what's called the "black nobility". These were the blue-bloods of Europe. They actually did have blue blood, and it was not hemoglobin based but copper based. They were semi-human. There are still to this day, some animal species in South America that have copper based blood systems. There was a problem with hemophilia, and not because of intermarrying. The problem was that they started to marry outside of the copper based blood system. Hemoglobin and copper systems don't mix. That's where the laws against marrying commoners originated. G. 35. Human cloning was developed at the University of Utah at Salt Lake City in 1977. They first aired this on TV as part of a series. They had an alleged human clone on TV that they were interviewing. It didn't talk very well. They showed the original human and the clone. The clone was not all that successful. It took 14 months to generate a fully adult human clone in a tank. It was a two part series. The second part of the series never aired, for obvious reasons. CIA sources have confirmed that it started at the University of Utah. The government has a facility for clones. The first one was built in the Mount Hood area, about sixty miles east of Portland, Oregon. They have other facilities in other locations. Locations must have stable geomagnetic fields and other special characteristics or the cloning process does not work properly. They can replicate them faster now. They have clones of all the major government figures. This is partly for security reasons. it also creates the situation that when someone falls out of favor, they clone the person and kill the original. This kind of thing apparently happens with some frequency. There have been allegations by some that Carter and Reagan were replaced. Yes. I've heard that, but I have no information that says that it happened. Reagan looked a bit funny after his assassination attempt, particularly after he came out of the hospital. G. 36. The Battle of the Harvest Moon began on September 17, 1977. Russia began destroying our spy satellites using "killer satellites." (particle beam weapons) On September 27, Russia destroyed our SECRET MOON BASE. H. 37. A second flight, with astronauts Joe H. Engle and Richard H. Truly, on September 13 was equally successful. Haise and Fullerton put the Enterprise through yet another landing ten days later. An ill omen appeared at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida in mid-May, when a small, strap-on solid-propellant booster rocket fell from its bracket on the first stage of a Delta vehicle and damaged it. The booster was being prepared to launch the Orbital Test Satellite for ESA. The satellite was destroyed on September 13 when its Delta launch vehicle exploded one minute after lift-off, apparently because one of its solid-propellant strap-on rockets detonated. Only 16 days later, a Centaur booster with an Intellsat 4A communications satellite on board also went up in flames only one minute after launch" (*Encyclopedia Brittanica Book of the Year,* 1978, p. 638. Friends, it's time you learned the real story. In October, 1977, a newly operational Russian Cosmos Interceptor shot down *Skylab. Skylab,* along with its crew of five American astronauts secretly aboard, died in a giant fireball over the United States. NASA immediately initiated a prolonged cover-up of what had happened. How do I know? Suffice it to say, I have a very high-up source of information. H. 38. At that time, the child pornography that was being manufactured was being circulated through the local Michigan Mafia pornography ring. Also at that time, a certain criminal faction of our government was sanctioning this kind of child pornography, because they were interested in finding out which children were being used in the pornography; which children could be targeted for mind control, because they knew that if a child was abused prior to the age of five, before their minds and brains could be completely formed, that they were far more receptive to mind control. Therefore, a certain faction of our government was interested in mind control experimentation and use, that actually were covering up the Mafia's child pornography ring. Once my father agreed to sell me into the CIA's MK Ultra project, we were visited by the head of the local Michigan Mafia pornography ring - or rather the politician that was covering up all of these kinds of perverse crimes in our area. His name was Gerald Ford. This is the same Gerald Ford that went into the office of President. I. 39. My sexual experience with Bill Clinton was extremely limited, because it was my experience that Bill Clinton is bisexual, leaning far more toward the homosexual end. It is for that reason that we can consider why Bill Clinton ordered, this year, in the Outcome Based Education system, that our children have to endure a "Gay Celebration Month." Throughout the month of October, our children were taught all the glories of homosexuality because of Bill Clinton. This wasn't "Gay Awareness." This was gay celebration. I have witnessed Bill Clinton involved in homosexual activity, and it was Hillary who accessed my mind control programming as a sex slave, and used my sex programming. It was my experience that Hillary, too, leans far more toward homosexuality. I. 40. During the 1980s, I was forced to work under President Reagan's Secretary of Education, Bill Bennett. Bill Bennett publicly claims to be a Jesuit, but he does not define the faction of the Jesuit Order that he is talking about. He, along with Lamar Alexander, who is also a victimizer in all of this mess, are responsible for bringing the Outcome Based Education into our school system. The Outcome Based Education was designed to increase our children's learning capacity, while decreasing their ability to critically analyze. By decreasing their ability to critically analyze, they will readily accept information. And I'm seeing now where people all across the country are absolutely upset with the way that they send their children to school, and their children come home completely different and robotic, completely different from anything that they recognize, with values of Socialism and New World Order control.
