"Good evening, I am Dr Norman Watson.
"This evening we will be talking about the inner flow of this great energy that gives you this dynasty of the first wave of your ascension.
"A lot of you talk about the first ascension and do not understand consciousness. You have to learn that your meditation is of great importance going into the next few years of your time. The time essence is very important too.
"It is for us to inform you that it is of great paramount importance that you all start taking up some form of healing. Healing is going to be in great demand.
"The focus on Mother Earth ascending to its chalice is now in, as we call it, Priority A. Priority A is when we, in our spaceships, are now at the first alert. The first alert is to place ourselves into positions that are conducive for evacuation for planet earth.
"The first kind of evacuations that we talk about are the evacuations from point A to point B, which are on Earth. We will be evacuating from very intense areas of those who are calibrated into, what we call, ready for the first stage of the conscious ascension. It is the first stage of levitating to a condition within yourself, as we call it, in a place of safety net.
"A lot of you will not be aware of some of these disasters because you will be in that first stage of ascension within your consciousness. You will let go and you will release your bodies.
"The quick, as we call them, dropoffs from point A to point B will occur prior to a great disaster and within a great disaster. We are now talking about the earthquakes of a magnitude of 9.5 on your Richtor scale. That is a devastation.
"Not many of you have had lectures on ley lines. Ley lines are charged by magnetic vortexes. Those people who are in vortex areas, the vibration of the vortex is going to be, what we call, a great assistance to assisting those people who are in the general area.
"The ley lines will expand to create from the millennial light, what we call, the new dome structures. These new dome structures will be safety nets which you will walk into. Because of these strong vibrations in these safety nets it will not matter how great the magnitude of these earthquakes are. By walking into these domes of your ley lines you will be very much protected.
"You have heard of the eagles that will gather into the high places. The high places just simply means into the domes of the higher portion of your consciousness. That is the protection of the first stage of ascension. So they must protect the kind of a body that you are into at this particular time. Even though the DNA has changed in your body and the millennial light is in the process of restructuring the body, the first completeness is not over until the processing of the first wave, or the ascension in its first stage.
"The ascension of the Christ Consciousness in its first stage is one that will be saving a lot of people from going into some form of demise.
"So ley lines are important. Ley lines are going through and they are being charged by craft, modtly in open fields where you do see the pictures of the crafts that went in of those particular areas that you refer to as crop circles. Those are very highly dynamically charged ley lines that produce a very highly sensitized area of healing.
"So what the space entities are doing is introducing themselves and introducing their sign of, what we call, a healing craft.
"So even as you walk into these ley lines that have been impregnated by these spaceships, you will find that the energy field within these ley lines and the circumference of the markings that the ship will leave, those will be safe areas to walk into times of the first stage of the ascension. They are preparing themselves and making themselves known and saying, these are very highly charged dome areas for you to walk yourself into.
"To walk yourself into these areas at this particular time is to recharge. And this is very important. This has not been told to you until as of now. This will recharge your electro-magnetic fields so that you will slip into, what we call, the 4th and the 5th interdimensionality of transmutation.
"What we are calling the Second Coming and the second phase of the ascension and the third phase are all primarily concerned to the recharging of the bodies of those who will be transmuted into the 4th and 5th dimensions. We want you in the 5th dimension before the end of this century. So there is going to be a lot of ley lining. A lot of you people better start tuning into where the highest ley lines are.
"There will be great wisdom poured upon Mother Earth through transmutation, through ascension of consciousness, through the birth of the Christ Consciousness and through the return of the Christed One. Ley lines are healing hands. I want you to remember that. The vortexes are transmuted through the strongest frequency of ley lines.
"During the time of the re-entrant of the fifth interdimensionality coming into your millennial light and entering the first dawn of that year 2011 you will expand your consciousness to 225 years. That's almost like being rebirthed each time.
"The year 2011 will introduce the strongest inoculation of the intra-flare of the fusion and fission that comes together to release the tension off the Earth surface bringing it back to the time of Adam and Eve. In other words, your adams and your Eves, which are the vibrations within your chromosomes, will be back to the structure of the New Age.
"The time of your introduction to the Golden Age is the year 2022. Man's consciousness will have expanded into the seventh and eighth interdimension allowing the chromosome structures to be in, what we call, cremation. So therefore, man shall live to 900 years of age.
"During the time of the final impregnation in 2032, you see it going up by elevens. That is the last ray of the millennial light bringing the millennium into full bloom. This will allow, at that particular time, reincarnation right on Earth. There will be no more births.
"So the reincarnates who will be coming through, who are from the different galaxies, will be impregnated with those here on this Earth, allowing the bodies to live up to 3000 years.
"It is of prime importance that each time that you are going through some of the very strong impregnations that your food substances will be changed. You will be living on vegetation food that will be growing from your own experimentation. There will be introductions of those who will be coming to visit your Earth for, the first time in freedom, in the year 2011. You are going to connect with the Arcturians. They will introduce you to the first second phase of the growing stage of the foodstuff that will give you the kind of energy that is going to allow your body to energize. Its like your cow now who will chew its cud. So you will eat one meal and it will suffice for maybe up to three to four days.
"So you can see that the stomach and everything of the galactic human at that time will be different. We will call them the galactic human. It will be more precise to say that because after that first impregnation of 2011 there will be an exchange of sexuality between them and those who are here on Earth.
"All of you here will have an opportunity to go up in my craft at Mt Shasta in the year ____. We will be materializiing in full force at that time because your infra-structures and your abilities to communicate will be much stronger through telegraphy. At that particular time, you will interconnect with us so that we will be able to talk to you on a full basis, partically at anytime.
"It will be advisable for you, after the first wave of the ascension, to be near a lot of water. That will assist your body change much more rapidly. Mineral water will be of great essence at that time. Although, to drink stream water is not good ebcause your inorganic minerals do clog up your arteries. So try to stay away from stream water. The best water you could have at this time is distilled water. Some of the water you buy in stores is tom foolery. Be careful. Make sure it says distilled.
"The introduction of your new machinery making for perpetual motion will be expanded within your consciousness after that first ascension. Mankind therefore, will lose what we call the hate aura that's around them. They will be pulsating what we call a peaceful aroma of understanding. So therefore, it would be safe to introduce this kind of technology on this Earth. This is why it has been withheld because of the hate syndrome which would allow it to be used for warlike purposes.
"There will be a new generatot built at that time. This will generate in your dome structure and be able to take care of all your energies.So therefore, you will not need to pay your hydro bills. You will be able to pay your bills at what we call the interdimensional electrical limited company.
"There are going to be a lot of changes. They will be fast. But prior to the wave of the first ascension there will be a lot of protection in the domes. But the Earth change of crust must take place to enable the steadfastness of the ley lines. They are being programmed where you will be contacting entities up to 500 galaxies away. In other words, like a telephone.
"Ley lines expand into consciousness, into interdimensionality, into consciousness interdimensionality, and up into other interdimensions. So that will be your communication. We use them all the time in Spectro 4 that is inside our dome center. Spectro 4 is the astral communications belt.
"We are going to work with all of you here. Your consciousness will be altered a great deal in your meditations forthcoming. The information that you will be getting will be information for your metaphysical taste buds. There will be more more jargon, no more hiccup type of information.
"Healing will be a top priority. This is why I am here to be able to do something about the positioning of your hands prior to entering the etheric body. What a lot of you do is you have a tendency to touch the physical body before inter-connecting with the etheric. So therefore, you break the continuity of the etheric flow, not allowing the energy to completely come in from the higher, as we call it, ethers.
"Your etheric body is your double. That is the body that is going to be introduced to you after your third ascension. You will completely reinforce and recharge it. In other words, it will not be dormant anymore as a transfusion of light. It will be instituted into your DNA.
"Now I am finished with my lecture. Are there any questions?"

Q: "Dr Watson, what spaceship are you on now?"
A: "I'm in the Athena. That's the mothership that I am with It's interesting. We have Grand Commander Elron who is now the commander of the Athena. But right now I'm in the new type of scout ship that we call rescue first aid ships."
Q: "Have we been on any of the ships?"
A: "Yes. All of you go out and you do healings. A lot of you are taken on the metaphysical ships through your consciousness in the astral state."
Q: "And have we given you healing, Dr Watson?"
A: "You have given me much energy just from your aura. You see, when your aura is properly charged you are already healed. What happens is that, here on Earth, because of the certain pollutants, a lot of energy is taken right out of your aura, even by other people who are low. You may not understand what psychic vampires are."
Q: "You were talking about the positioning of the hands. That is before we put our hands on the person we are working on?"
A: "That is right. What you are doing is you are creating a magnetic flow. So what you do, you bring your hands in approximately one inch above the body. Then you scan the whole body starting from the crown chakra and sort of coming in a sweeping motion all the way down. What this does is it charges the etheric body allowing all of the energy, when you do touch the physical body, to come directly into the physical body.
