Materials: Small amount of Black Worsted Wt. Yarn; Small Amount of Gray Worsted Wt. yarn; Size G Hook
Beginning with Gray yarn, chain 6, join with sl st to form ring.
Rnd 1: Ch 3, work 15 dc in ring, Join to top of ch-3, ch 4, turn.
Rnd 2: Work 2 tr in same sp as ch-4 was made,
ch 1, sk next st, in the next st work 3 tr, ch 1, 3 tr (Corner made) * ch 1, sk next st, 3 tr in next st, ch 1, sk next st, work corner in next ch-1 space.
Repeat from * around, ending with ch 1, sk next st,
join to top of ch-4, turn.
Rnd 3: In 1st sp work sl st, ch 4, 2 tr, * ch 1, work corner in next sp, (ch 1, 3 tr in same sp) twice.
Repeat from *, ending with ch 1, work corner in next sp, ch 1, 3 tr in lst sp; ch 1, join to top of ch-4. Turn, fasten off gray.
Rnd 4: Join black yarn, in the 1st sp work sl st, ch 4, 2 tr; ch 1, 3 tr in next sp, * ch 1, work corner in next sp, (ch 1, 3 tr in next sp) 3 times. Repeat from * around, ending with ch 1, join to top of ch-4. Do NOT turn. Fasten off black.
Rnd 5: Join gray with sl st in any ch 3 corner; *work corner, (Ch 1, 3 tr in next ch 1 sp) 4 times, ch 1, Repeat from * around, ending with ch 1, join to top of ch-4. Do NOT turn.
Rnd 6: Ch 1, sc in same st as joining and in next 2 tr. In the next corner, * work 3 sc; work sc in each tr and space to the next corner. Repeat from * around. Join to top of 1st sc.
Finish off and weave in all ends.
