curriculum vitae

           履歴書

I love working on reality tv shows, but I hate watching them. I kinda hate working on films, but I love going to the movies. I can't quite figure myself out, but I think that my mission statement is that I love being out. I love improvisation and I thrive when I am challenged. I loved teaching when I could, so when they standardized everything and prevented me from being able to teach: I quit the salary gig and just worked as a sub.

I have had this resume out here for years and I think I have had it all wrong. This thing used to list a bunch of hardware and software that I can operate, but that I don't specialize in. I am not a tech guy... I administer and direct the work of people who use specialized skills. If you need to know whether or not I am familiar with something particular, please feel free to ask, but the answer is probably yes.

made with notepad

This dossier is updated with Notepad as a .txt file. It is presented inside <pre> tags to suggest that it is ready to be cut + pasted into a simple-text editor like Notepad and printed (but it will be two pages or more).

I have recently decided to keep two different resumιs around. This one on the web is more of a curriculum vitae with lots of details about the last 15 years, but doesn't have phone numbers. The one I have formatted in MS Word is much shorter: keeping in mind that print resumιs ought to be one page printed out. If you want me to e-mail the .doc short version, then just shoot me an e-mail.

If you view source and wonder why I bothered with the middle empty <td>, I meant to do this. It makes it easier to select the whole resumι from its top corner. Oh yeah... 履歴書 is Japanese for curriculum vitae.
