Jean was at first a member of Magneto's X-Men.
Once on a mission, she got captured by Apocalypse's troop,
more specificaly Prelate Summers. Sinister grab this opportunitie
to take a DNA sample from her and, combining it with a sample from
Scott Summers aka Cyclops, created the now known mutant Nate Gray aka
X-Man. Jean was on her way to becoming one of the mutant ruling class in
Apocalypse's world when Logan aka Weapon-X rebelled against Magneto's command,
risked his own life and sacrificed a part of himself to rescue her.
After that, she and Logan became partners and lovers, and they shared
a psi-link from then on.
Three years after, Sinister contacted them to give them some information
about Apocalypse's plan against the rebelion. After giving those plans to
the Human High Concil in Europe, Jean left for America to warn them about
the upcoming conter-attack. There, she met her former captor Scott, but this
time, he helped her freed the prisoners from Sinister's pens. Together, they
also met Nate Grey for a brief moment, but that moment was enough to trigger
Jean's psichic abilities to their fullest. She was then able to destroy the
Brain Trust (six incredibly powerfull telepaths bred without bodies that
psionically anesthetize the pens, making mutants power unaffective) and then
put up a telekinetic shield that probably would have prevent nuclear bombs from
destroying a part of the contry. Unfortunatly, she was hit from behind by Alex
Summers aka Havock, and died of her injuries just after whispering to Logan
(who had come back to her) that he always was a part of her, and will always
be, alw...
In this timeline:
Now living in the X-Mansion, she's trying to cope with this new world.
In love with Logan (Weapon-X), and now back into Magneto's X-Men, she is slowly building herself
a brand new life.
