(3>Imagine an archeological team in the seventieth century A.D. excavating the site of an ancient city and coming upon the ruins of Disneyland. What would they make of it?

If future archaeologist are at all like current ones they might well decide it was a temple complex or a cult center established for the worship of a mouse-god and subordinate animal deities. <3)

Funny but scary. Did Atlantis really exist? It may be our fate to never know the truth. Only God knows the whole truth. If you are a firm non-believer then hey! you may be right. I am not here to argue with you whether Atlantis existed or not. I only present evidence that a previous civilization existed, possibly Atlantis. Even if one day we discover that Atlantis did not exist, there still is evidence that clearly shows that 1 or more civilizations existed in our past. Some of these civilizations coincidentally fall within the date of Plato's Atlantis as described in his Timaeus and Critias.

Welcome stranger, This website over time has become more than just a search for a legendary lost continent. When I first started this web site, I believed the regular storyline that Atlantis was an Island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean that sunk when erthquakes or volcanic eruptions destroyed it. Since that time my mind has expanded and now I know a whole lot more. I still believe in the original story of Atlantis being previosly in the Atlantic, but now I have accepted the other theories of its location.

I am no Scientist, University professor or anything like that, all my information comes from books, and other people's (credible) research that I read, hear, or see. (Theories are welcome, but not accepted as fact)
