More and more are hearing this Message of Clearing of the Planet in preparation for its destruction. Many questions are formulating in the minds of seekers whom I urge to read our books, etc., if they are truly interested in what we have to say.

In late August 1998, a four day Conference was held at our property in Far North Queensland, at which invited representatives from around the world who had accepted our invitation were told many things, including the declaration of completion of the work of setting into place all the mechanisms which would ensure the total self-destruction of this globe and its para-dimensions, and the evacuation of all consciousness, theomorphic and counterfeit. Each unit will then be dealt with in accordance with its worth and deservedness under the laws of True Justice, not the mockery which passes for justice on this level.

It is now a case of sitting back and watching the fireworks for those of us who understand exactly what is going on. Those who have no understanding will be subjected to increasing fear, panic and paranoia. They have only themselves to blame.

As changes proceed to clear this whole dimension in a manner I have discussed previously, it will indeed be made a case of repetitiveness of the fragmenting process all over the globe and a case of "I told you so" from me. But really, that would be quite boring after a while.

The rate of deterioration will depend on many factors, including the rate of descent of the New Green Energy which I have also written about previously. This is an immutable consciousness which reacts with evil energy, destroying it inexorably on interaction. The factors which dictate the descent of this New Green Energy are many, some of which relate to beings and events beyond this dimension. This leads me immediately to a brief disclosure of the fact that many other dimensions above and below this one in vibrational frequency are being destroyed simultaneously. Hence you see, it is an enormous project of clearing all the evil dimensions and dealing with all the units of consciousness within them. I have written about the multi-dimensionality of existence elsewhere and readers are referred to the relevant books if they are interested in that subject further.

Each aware individual needs to be patient, even more alert, be prepared to suffer the consequences of physical decay which will affect us all, protect the mind, and have the confidence that all will be OK for those not evil.

As fragmentation occurs, realize you too will be caught up in the degeneration, physically for sure. What you should be attempting to do with this information is to prevent that fragmentation occurring mentally and spiritually. Thus, as the failed ones undergo the inexorable process of Terminal Madness of the Endtime, you will remain sane and aware of What is Going On! With Nous and the right perspective, you will be preparing every day for leaving this place. If you have truly seen through the evil Illusion, detachment will become easier daily, and you will have less and less reason to remain in the midst of these degenerates and their degenerating systems. You will find the faith to know that whoever or whatever needs to be left behind will be dealt with in the best possible way for that entity by the Light which is Correcting this Abomination. It is not easy to detach, but as conditions deteriorate, we who have the right knowledge, the right perspective, a true connection to the real Nous, and real understanding of the situation, seem to automatically undergo the Process of Detachment and find we automatically project forward to something much better which we know exists for us in the future. We, with Gnostic Nous, sense this dimension is all but finished. This process is what allows us to remain calm, sane and fearless, when in fact the world is crumbling, frenetic, mad, and cursed with ever-growing fear and violence. I know for a fact this is the case. A review of what is happening around the world confirms this. Your correspondence to me confirms this. And it is all further fulfilment of prophecies we have made since 1984. Acknowledging this Process of Full Realization and Detachment which is occurring within you should make it much easier for you to spot the fraudulence and the Counterfeits, especially the vicious, vile demons, with their silly, destructively entrapping tricks. I have referred to some of them in these pages in the past. But you know them - the ones who say nothing is happening, the ones who say no separation is occurring, that no Evil exists, that all will be well, for all, regardless of how abusive they have been to True Beings, that there is no such thing as demons and robots, etc., etc. Separation of the wheat from the chaff is occurring even though the harvest is meagre. Nothing at this stage that occurs in the world should take you by surprise or cause fear to swell within you. No exposure, as with Clinton and his culpable nefarious entourage, no war, no exposure of other diabolical activities, no celestial occurrence, no para-normal or supernatural phenomenon should surprise you. If that is so in your case, you are ready to leave at a moment's notice. If these words engender fear in you, you are not ready yet. You are harbouring negative energy. Delete it from your being, for with it you cannot succeed. If and when the fools want to argue, inspite of all the evidence in the world to verify what I and Amitakh write, realize all with the Inner invaluable Gnostic Nous are perceiving things as they crumble from a point of knowledge and understanding. The objectors will want to argue from the Arrogance of their Ignorance, often quoting abused and distorted texts, which I have explained and condemned as being useless.

Looking at the hypocritical Clinton shedding a tear as he tries to apologize to all and sundry (- it's a case of too little too late -) one would think he has died and reincarnated as a bad case of Swaggart-Baker consciousness as we saw when these TV "pseudo-evangelist" demons bit the dust.

It is painfully obvious, to me and many others, that Clinton is only sorry that he has been CAUGHT, not sorry about what he has DONE. And if there were not DNA evidence to prove his sexual encounters, he would still be lying and denying all charges. For those who have followed Bill and Hillary's escapades since their earliest days, it is clear that this is merely one of a very long list of adulterous relationships both have had, which they refuse to acknowledge to this very day. We have still seen only the tip of the iceberg of decades of deceit and duplicity from these evil conspirators.

He is begging for forgiveness, not because he is truly contrite, but because he has no other way of escaping. Forgiveness is only valid when true contrition is made. Only then is it valid. Had he been sincere about wanting forgiveness for his "sinning", Clinton would not have spent so many months, with so many lawyer/liars, wasted so much time and energy trying to conceal the Truth and obfuscate the facts. He is praying to a dead demigod, Jehovah, who has been neutralized, as I have stated publicly and privately previously. Clinton and all the other evil archons no longer have any protection from their evil demigod. That is why they will crash as hard as is possible on this physical level.

Hillary has had a conspiratorial pact, with Bill, against the general public, ever since she withdrew papers for divorce from him in 1986. They have conspired to deceive, and they have deceived their colleagues, the Democratic party, their friends and foes alike, Congress, the people who voted for them, the American People at large AND the world.

When Hillary denied all of Bill Clinton's sexual and other illicit affairs, inspite of all the evidence to suggest the affairs took place, she was lying to us all. When she publicly stated that it was a Right Wing Conspiracy which was running a political witch-hunt against her husband, she was in a conspiracy with Bill Clinton, and others, to deceive. They are the conspiracy. There is no need for theory.

There IS enough evidence to cite them as being involved in tampering with witnesses, with running drugs in Arkansas, in liquidating evidence and people, abusing the Office of the Governor and of the President of the USA.

They have, up to now, eliminated the opposition or those who would blow the whistle. When they could not bribe, they liquidated. But now the end for them has been reached. And they have reached their end!!

David Kendall and other Clinton lawyer/liars are now trying to say Clinton's behaviour was Clinton's private affair. But that is not so. He did despicable things while a public appointee in public office. Would any employer tolerate such behaviour? I think not. Clinton is an employee of the American people. He is their elected representative. He is the elected Head of the Nation.

Newspaper editorials from Germany, Italy, France and Britain - yes, Britain, the USA's closest ally, ask for his removal, and rightly so! He and Hillary have been lying to the American people since before 1986. They have abused the people and treated them as suckers. No people should tolerate such behaviour in an elected head of government anywhere, especially the USA which, in many ways, realistically, leads the World.

If Americans accept Clinton as being OK now, they will have lost all moral support and respect from every country in the world, with no exception, inspite of what sycophants such as Britain's Tony Blair say.

And there is more: Why did Clinton keep biting his lower lip as he apologized again and again? What does that mean? To me it means NONE of his apologies were genuine!! Well then, how genuine are the polls which show an increased approval rating inspite of the report of what he did? They are from the land of Mickey Mouse!!

And the hypocrisy continues: Network news programs have shown many sacerdotes eager to forgive Clinton for all of his sins. Many of them seem to have an attitude that evil is good business for the church, as it increases their power and authority (and money): President Clinton will receive weekly spiritual counselling to hold him "accountable for his behaviour" and resist "temptations that have conquered him in the past," the White House and clergy members said. The announcement follows Clinton's soul-baring confession before a group of religious leaders at which he repented for his affair with Monica Lewinsky and vowed to better himself. Rev. Gordon MacDonald, of the Grace Chapel Protestant church in Lexington, Massachusetts had been asked by Clinton to provide counselling. MacDonald said Clinton had twice read his book "Rebuilding Your Broken World," about MacDonald's quest for redemption and return to the ministry after an extramarital affair. "I am in a position to talk the language of repentance". MacDonald said that after accepting the counselling role, he had been struck by Clinton's public expression of contrition which he accepted as genuine. "No one could have been present and retained a disbelieving, a cynical, a hardened attitude toward this man who opened his heart and acknowledged his realization of his sin," he said.

My Comment: Clinton fiercely denied "sexual" contact and would have denied everything until Doomsday if the DNA tests had not pinned him to the wall. Does that sound like a genuinely repentant man? Of course not. Evil hypocrites don't repent. They act out a role, as always.

The French press, otherwise renowned for keeping the sex lives of its politicians strictly private, also slammed Clinton for his conduct. The weekly Paris Match ran a front cover photograph of a sombre and serious Clinton below a banner headline reading: "Clinton -- he has lied too much.

This time, he has gone too far," the glossy magazine said. Under a headline "The Day of Reckoning," Rome daily, la Repubblica, wrote in an editorial: "It will take a miracle for Billy to escape that box of shame into which he alone trapped himself."

Britain's left-leaning Guardian said the affair had brought Clinton's presidency to "crisis point". The BBC said it was "crunch time" for the president. The Daily Telegraph, in a commentary written by long-standing Clinton critic Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, said his presidency had "entered its terminal phase. He has lied, cheated and defied justice for 20 years. Nothing can save him now", Evans-Pritchard wrote. "It no longer matters whether the President apologises yet again, more stylishly, or has himself flogged on the steps of the U.S. Capitol. Theatrics cannot save him", he added. He predicted that the House Judiciary Committee, which will examine Starr's report, would conclude that Clinton was "a borderline sociopath who must be removed at once". The Daily Telegraph published a cartoon of Clinton down in the boxer's ring, with the referee counting him out, and an editorial that declared: "He cannot save himself; he can only degrade his office further".

The French daily Le Parisien spoke of "Clinton's hour of truth" and branded his conduct as immoral. The conservative Le Figaro ran a headline describing "Clinton paralysed and demoralised" and said watching "torrid" revelations unfold was "similar to being in a x-rated cinema". The paper said Vice-President Al Gore was "just a heartbeat away" from the presidency but might have problems himself because of doubts about his role in helping finance Clinton's 1996 reelection campaign.

Turin's La Stampa daily said summer was ending and so was Clinton's presidency. With it, a period of political stability that had allowed the United States to prosper without necessarily governing was drawing to a close. "Clinton's dignity is a memory. Now he is merely a kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar who is forced every day to say 'I'm sorry'", La Stampa said.

In Australia: During the campaign for the Federal Election - held so early before the due date because incumbent PM "Honest" John Howard realizes things will be much, much worse in six months, the emphasis by government pundits has been on the devaluation of our dollar being good for exports. However, as we are all experiencing, this is Palatable Permanent Poverty being served up in micro doses. When next you go to the supermarket or shopping mall, just see how much less your dollar is buying. The prices of goods, most of which have an imported component, if they are not wholly imported, are soaring. Hence, we are the Banana Republic of the South Pacific in essence.

Malaysia: As its PM Mohammed Mahathir implements restrictive measures on his country's currency and commodity trading, Malaysia's stock market soared 20%, but the isolationism is no solution and when foreign exchange of goods and services becomes mandatory, Malaysia will pay an even higher price. Unfortunately the process can be likened to temporary cosmetic surgery on a moribund financial being's limb.

The World at Large: Already financial gurus are stating that half of the world's economies will be in depression in 1999. Some are saying that if the USA crashes - as it surely, surely will - 100% of the world's economies will be in depression.

Perversely, some of the same gurus are stating we got this way because the world was just too efficient in manufacturing goods. Have you ever heard such nonsense? They claim that, having produced more than could be sold, the markets had to crash. Apart from the metaphysical explanation for the Endtime which I have given often, surely you see that it is the greed and exploitation of capitalism, part of the Evil of this doomed planet, which is at fault. What the greedy archons have tried to do is squeeze every cent of profit from the people for their own benefit. Had this been a more just world, the increased efficiency of technology would make more goods available to many more far more cheaply. Those without work could be sustained by the profits of the production without having to work in the direct production. They could be utilized in creativity elsewhere.

Profits could be shared more equitably and also used to rectify many of the dangerous side-effects of technology such as pollution. The profits in a more equitable world would have been used to end wars, feed people, house them adequately, educate them, eradicate causes of diseases such as swamps, malnutrition, lack of sanitation, etc.

Instead what have we had? Gross exploitation for more and more profits, raping of the environment and its poisoning for good measure with the by-products of the manufacturing process, reduction in the cost of production by utilizing the cheapest labour on earth, and impoverishment of costly countries who could then not really afford the goods. Nor could the poorly paid of exploited third world countries afford them. We have had unashamed exploitation of poor countries by the rich for their resources. We have had environmental genocide. This had to be a recipe for disaster and that is exactly the case today.

Now you see that the basis of this earth is not the pursuit of happiness for all but greedy exploitation and the misery it brings. If the archons shared their profits with the unemployed masses and said "Here, take this money, made more easily by automation, and be happy pursuing whatever your creativity suggests", do you not think the people would be happier than now when they are unemployed, poor and near starvation in many places? Does induced poverty not lead to escapism, drugs and alcohol, crime, vice, and violence? If properly shared profits were the norm, do you not think all would consume and thus the financial wheel would turn smoothly? Alas, this is an evil system and it would never work this way, for it needs the energy exploited by misery, by suffering, by death. The evil basis of humanity would not allow an equitable sharing, peace and contentment. Reasons would be found by the programmed, polluted and indoctrinated robots and demons to cause disharmony and war.

If you gave every one the best house for their needs and the best automobile for their needs, the evil ones would manifest the seven deadly sins soon enough, with envy being first. They would complain that some other's house or car was better, or that the colour, or position was better, etc. There is no way the demons and robots can be contented for they thrive on the energy of exploitation, not on the basis of contentment which, by definition, would have no exploitation of energy!

This short essay could be lengthened greatly. You know, if you have read our books, the lengths to which evil programming has gone by using the labels of religion, race, colour, etc., to create dissatisfaction and disharmony, violence and wars. From that you can extrapolate why this place can never be free of crime, hate, war and vice. It is an inexorably deteriorating system, thriving on its own putridness until it self-destructs, with the demons and robots feeding as cannibals on the energy of the trapped True Beings. Now you understand why drug running is promoted by the archons in charge, why prostitution, which attracts men and women who are really energy-sucking vampires, will always be a part of this evil scene until it is totally obliterated, why arms sales is a great priority of First World Countries, why subterfuge and misery are promoted and exploited, why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. The system is not just flawed, it is self-destructively evil and there could never be any other solution to it other than the one being implemented now. If you want to argue about this conclusion you will do so because you are either totally ignorant of the situation or else you are part of the problem, whereas I and what I propose are the solution.

One of the reasons supporters of Clinton want to keep him in the White House is because he is supposed to be "doing a good job". But, is that so? I think not. Consider these facts:

In the latest Sightings on Radio show I stated criminal proceedings are likely to continue against Clinton in the future. Consider the following: From US DATELINE - New but unproven allegations about Bill Clinton, are detailed in a book written by Jim McDougal and veteran reporter Curtis Wilkie, "Arkansas Mischief, The Birth of a National Scandal". Curtis Wilkie, a widely respected political reporter, who says he has known and admired Bill Clinton, as a journalist, for a long time, and voted for him. Jim McDougal died in prison in March from a heart attack, but before he died he relayed in taped phone conversations a different story than what he had originally told investigators about the Whitewater land deal. Jim McDougal said that he was convinced that his ex-wife Susan McDougal, had had an affair with Clinton. He claimed that Clinton, at the White House on April 28, 1996, had agreed to pardon Susan. "You can depend on it." Clinton is supposed to have said, "If you all hang with me, I will do it." Because of that promise, McDougal later committed perjury for the President. But the pardon never came and McDougal said he felt double crossed. "I felt he had abandoned Susan, I really thought he would pardon her." Clinton denies ever promising a pardon. McDougal also alleges that there were cash payoffs to Clinton, $2,000 a month, to avoid problems with state regulators over expansion of McDougal's Savings and Loan. A better way to funnel money to the Clintons was later thought to be by hiring Hillary who was given a monthly retainer with little or no real work expected. McDougal concluded, to explain documents showing hours Hillary was supposed to have worked, that someone had falsified the hours she worked to cover up what he called her "no-show" job and justify the retainer, but it consequently made it look like Hillary was involved in McDougal's shady land deals.

McDougal claims there is proof on paper that Clinton has lied under oath. Clinton flatly denied ever taking out a loan from McDougal's Savings and Loan and the original records of the loan have been found and Starr is supposed to have them. McDougal on camera: "I just got sick and tired of lying for the fella, you know. ... I think the Clintons are really sort of like tornadoes moving through people's lives and that I am just one of the people left in the wake of their passing by, but I have no whining or complaining to do because I have lots of company." Of course, all allegations are strongly denied by the White House.

It is short term amusement to hear all the commentaries by experts on Radio and the TV trying to explain away all the world changes. I said this would happen and that as all their spurious explanations become unstuck, the reality will eventually hit them, like a ton of bricks on the head, from a great height! Sooner or later they will despondently acknowledge the veracity of the explanations I have supplied. Some are already voicing the concern that factors beyond Humanity's control seem to apply. What we are seeing is the dying process being played out around the world within robots and demons, each stage present in various groups simultaneously. Some are denying everything, others are angry at the world and its changes; still others are bargaining with various groups for a solution. Many are depressed at what is going on, especially as they lose their jobs and slide into poverty, see so many animals dying, see the recurrent physical destructive processes at work, realize the evilness of the system, of the archons in control, etc. Others are resigned and sense their doom even as their minds fragment in the Terminal Madness of the Endtime.

The viables, those who have connected to their Nous within, their Light channel, are delighted at the end of all this evilness and misery, and cannot wait to be liberated so that they can go home.

I had stated in earlier books that evil beings (aliens) had set up this biological system, including the physical aspect of humanity and its counterfeit consciousnesses on this earth, under the guidance of the Evil Mind which was a spawn of the Celestial Error. The blueprint for the bodies was stolen and modified by the addition of the Respiratory tract, the Alimentary tract, the Sexual system, and a filtering mechanism to prevent open contact with other realms and dimensions. Those who are interested can read details of these in our books. These systems, added by evil, have been used to program, pollute and indoctrinate the bodies to do Evil's bidding.

It is appropriate that these evil mechanisms are now being allowed to cause destruction of the evil counterfeit creation.

We are rescuing viables regardless of the race they are in, regardless of the colour of their skin, regardless of the religion in which they are trapped, regardless of their social position, wealth or poverty, etc., etc. Where does that leave the labelling of me, or anyone at Annwn as a racist or anti-semite? Nowhere is the answer. Those who want to attack us or attempt to argue with us in order to trip us up are the evil opposition. Better for them if they sorted out in their heads the answer to the very important question of "What if this information is right?".

When I first began public lectures to disseminate this invaluable and precise information, I said a phase would come when the scoffers would be forced to reluctantly accept the Truth we bear. World changes since that time indicate that such a phase is fast approaching. The veracity of our information, as I have said many times before, will become obvious, not from further words from me or anyone else, but from the events unfolding around the globe.

Any mockers who claim I have made all this up are in for a very great shock, a very great shock indeed!

Page 5 of the Sunday Mail newspaper from Brisbane has a photo of a clearly visible circular spacecraft (a Ufo) accidentally photographed in Surfers paradise by a tourist from NZ using a disposable $10 camera. When contacted by the lab which developed the photos, he claims he was taking photos of the building below the craft and had not seen anything in the sky at the time of the shoot. The processors who developed the film, and experts, say the negatives had not been altered. "A la Casablanca", the usual suspects were rounded up and no "scientific answer" found. No military or civilian aircraft were in the area at the time on Sept. 11, at 10:30 am when the photo was taken. In the previous month a massive number of Ufo sightings had occurred in the area. In terms of momentous importance, this incident should be up there with the release of Viagra, but it's not. It seems the majority are still thinking with the organs around the region of their loins. What does this photo mean to us? Apart from confirming the existence of alien craft, it means the aliens are throwing caution (not to be seen) to the winds. They too are undergoing a form of Terminal Madness of the Endtime and their increasingly erratic behaviour will show more and more. Apart from accidental sightings, more sinister effects are occurring, as the crash of the Swiss Air airplane some 3 weeks ago off the east coast of North America demonstrates. That plane was targeted by an alien weapon and brought down by aliens suffering terminal madness and frustration. More of these "tragedies" will occur in future.

The Jesus of the New Testament (which consists mainly of old lies) is a comic book figure created by evil minds to give a spurious authority to the movement of the pseudo-Christian institution which they formulated from the Gnostic teachings of Jesus which they took over and distorted, hoping to become the "one true religion" in which to trap True Beings of the time even more effectively. And it not only became that but much more. It became an efficient killing machine - killing body and spirit of True Beings as I have explained in more detail in "Death of an Evil God"!

Jesus did many wonderful things, as all Messengers of God have done. However, realize those things which are supposed to elevate him above all other Messengers, as listed in the New Testament of Old Lies, are spurious and bunkum.

What He did speak about were the things all Messengers of God have spoken about: The existence of the 2 creations - a True, Divine one and a false one, the evilness of Jehovah, demons in human bodies, the need to destroy this physical manifestation totally, a final judgement, the need to connect internally to the Higher Self, etc., etc.

What is read in the Gospels is purposely manipulated nonsense to fit the scheme of Evil to further entrap searching but entrapped True Beings whom it had in its grasp in this Realm of Darkness, Ignorance and Deception.

As you will have probably noted, all things become corrupted very quickly on this plane. This includes the facts of history which are rewritten with gay abandonment by the archons in control and their minions. Nothing can last in its pristine form once it reaches this level. This has been known by the Light. That is why there is no possibility of "healing" this level and evil matter which must be totally destroyed. And they will be, as we are beginning to witness now!

Realize that the process of myth creation has been used to distort facts about most Beings of Light throughout the Ages, including Moses, Buddha, Zoroaster, Manichaeus, Mohammed, etc., etc.

In fact, I will go further and say that with few exceptions, you will be better served by reversing everything you read that has been written by the archons and accept that the truth lies in the opposite direction to that which they try to foster on this plane. This applies to Jehovah, the causes of war, the Brotherhood of Man, the Milk of Human Kindness, etc., etc.

Those who have read our books will be familiar with this material. A brief explanation here may assist others who have not read the books and what they contain pertaining to lower and Higher consciousness, connection, programming, pollution and indoctrination, etc.

One task, in the Personal Battle which each being has on this level, against the Evil mechanisms which try to prevent spiritual survival, is the need to connect to the Higher consciousness. The timing is also controlled and monitored by the Higher Consciousness. It cannot be misused for obvious reasons. And connection, as those of you who have experienced it with your own Higher Consciousness can confirm, is for limited periods of time. Too much "voltage" of the Higher Energy could and would injure the body or burn it completely.

There is a limitation therefore on the time the Higher consciousness can use the body and also the degree to which it can manifest. This limitation is imposed by the limitations of the body, its brain and its degree of evil programming, pollution and indoctrination. For example, if the Higher consciousness descended into a body of an infant who could not speak or write, it could hardly communicate by speech or writing. But it could emanate energy and still perform some function needed in the environment of that infant. Similarly, if a Higher consciousness descends into the body of an animal or sea mammal, large bird, etc., its communicative skills with humans may be limited, but its function in the animal kingdom may be precise.

The degree of manifestation of power and knowledge of the Higher consciousness is also limited somewhat by the brainpower, education, and abilities of the accommodating body. I have, on this level, often experienced information from Higher Realms for which words could not be found in my brain. The human brain is simply incapable of translating many of the spiritual experiences of the Higher Being. For PC literate readers, let me give an analogy. Let us say you are trying to download a program on your PC which requires 1000 megabytes of memory in your system which has 8 megabytes of memory. Your system simply would not cope. The human body is in a similar position.

The New Green Energy which the evil beings cannot use or abuse, is of such a nature that it immediately reacts to destroy any evil energy in its vicinity. Those who are accommodating it will have had modifications made to their systems to accommodate it. This little bit of nonsense from the famous British scientist Stephen Hawking, whom I quote below, not only affirms Frederick Nietzsche's contention that "language falsifies reality", but also exposes Hawking as the contradictory demon that he is, fame for being a so-called brilliant scientist notwithstanding. This then leaves us with the question of why Hawking, reputedly so brilliant, would utter such nonsense. Frogs and salamanders that have lived on the Earth for 350 million years are dying in alarming numbers in many areas. In many pristine areas, frogs are dying from unknown causes. Half of Nicaragua's frogs have disappeared and large populations in pristine areas of Minnesota are dying or being born with alarming birth defects. These are indicator animals that tell us the world's environment is in trouble. The Los Angeles Times reported steadily warming oceans are devastating marine life along the coast of California. Researchers at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography said, "From microscopic plankton and forests of kelp to the fish, birds and mammals that depend on them for sustenance, marine life is dying." The researchers, who studied extensive water temperature records dating from 1916, documented an overall temperature increase of 2 degrees Fahrenheit in coastal waters along the length of the West coast in recent decades. The new blanket of warmer water is slowly smothering ocean life by preventing more fertile deep Pacific currents from rising to the surface. This blocks the source of nourishment for the rich menagerie of marine life for which the West Coast is known. The warmer waters also enable fish and animals to migrate northward from tropical waters and edge out California's native species. The decline in plankton which form the basis of the marine food chain had severe consequences for many larger species. Abalone, Squid, and Chinook salmon are almost gone. Reuters reports a melting Antarctic glacier could lead to the collapse of the West Antarctic Ice Sheet, causing global sea levels to rise as much as 20 feet, researchers said. Satellite radar images between 1992 and 1996 of Pine Island glacier in West Antarctica showed the glacier is shrinking. "It is important because it could lead to a collapse of the West Antarctic Ice Sheet," said study leader Eric Rignot, a radar scientist at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena. "We are seeing a glacier melt in the heart of Antarctica." Antarctica has about 90% of the world's glacial ice. Scientists say this data from remote and stormy West Antarctica could be the first real evidence that some of these massive glaciers might actually be retreating rapidly. "The continuing retreat of Pine Island glacier could be a symptom of the West Antarctic Ice Sheet disintegration", said Craig Lingle, a glaciologist at the University of Alaska in Fairbanks who is familiar with the study. "If the sheet did collapse, it would push sea levels up throughout the world, with regions near sea level experiencing more flooding and faster erosion," Lingle said.

Over 20 million live in Africa where the disease is spreading at an ever-increasing rate. In Botswana and Zimbabwe, a quarter of the adults are infected. 13 countries have over 10% of the adult population infected. In Europe although AIDS infection is comparatively low, a population implosion worries a greying Europe. Birth rates in many countries are in a rapid, sustained decline. Never before except in times of war and plague have birth rates fallen so low for so long. No country in Europe is having enough children to even replace its population. The citizenry is growing old and there are not enough children to replace them. For example, Italy is the first nation in history to have more people over the age of 60 than there are people under 20. This year Germany, Greece, and Spain will also pass the magic divide. There is also an alarming reduction in the sperm count among young men, contributing to the lower birth rate."

My Comment: Would you not say that it seems almost as if an outside force is working to reduce the population in Europe and Africa, as many have suspected? These trends are alarming and indicate trouble ahead, again as many have suspected. All these problems are not all man-made either.

Perhaps the most fundamental issue regarding the health of the world's oceans is the threat posed to the oceanic phytoplankton from increasingly severe levels of ozone layer depletion resulting in sea level increases of solar radiations lethal to these phytoplankton, the tiny plants at the beginning of the oceanic food chain which also produce over half of Earth's oxygen supply. A November 16, 1991, Associated Press article quotes Dr. Susan Weiler, executive director of the American Society of Limnology and Oceanography, saying that the growth of phytoplankton had by then already been found to be severely retarded -- as much as 20 percent in some cases - in water beneath areas where the ozone layer has been damaged. Dr. Weiler said "our best guess" is that the effect can ripple up the food chain and eventually impact the availability of fish and seafood. A March 20, 1988, article from the New York Times News Service said that the surprisingly rapid depletion of ozone then seen by satellites - confirmed a week earlier by a government panel of 100 atmospheric scientists - had prompted widespread rethinking of forecasts that changes would be gradual. The predicted rise in resultant ultraviolet radiation by early next century would cause vast increases in skin cancer and biologists say it could devastate some crops and ocean populations. By April 23, 1993 the Associated Press reported that the ozone layer had dropped to record lows globally with the biggest decline over areas that include North America, Europe and parts of Asia. These reports and the limited media coverage on this issue since then seem to support the July 31, 1988, message from eminent climatologist Adam Trombly with Project Earth (www.projectearth.com) who explained that, in addition to chemical pollutants that interfere with the phototropic production of stratospheric ozone (triatomic oxygen molecules) by sunlight acting on regular (diatomic) oxygen molecules, the primary cause of the ozone layer depletion is the significant reduction in overall atmospheric oxygen due to the combined effects of the massive combustion of oxygen by fossil fuels and the widespread deforestation of the trees that produce oxygen. The US Department of Energy recently estimated that atmospheric carbon dioxide has increased by 33% since pre-industrial levels and this means that a proportionate amount of atmospheric oxygen has been reduced. Trombly said then that Project Earth's computer environmental modelling predicted that unless this trend was seriously reversed by 1998, the situation would go through a "point of no return" whereafter, inevitably, by the year 2008 the increased ozone depletion would allow enough extra solar radiation to penetrate the atmosphere so as to destroy ALL of the oceanic phytoplankton. In a telephone conversation in May 1997, Trombly explained that all of their latest generation computer environmental modelling predictions had come true on target over the past ten years. This information has been relayed to the Clinton/Gore administration repeatedly since 1992 with no response, so it is uncertain whether this "worst case scenario" will be discussed, evaluated, or addressed by the National Oceans Conference.

The ozone layer depletion is the "flip-side" of global warming's "greenhouse effect" due to the increase of atmospheric carbon dioxide from fossil fuel combustion and the deforestation of the trees which consume carbon dioxide. This year the effects of global warming are evident not only in the increasing storm severity associated with the El Nino effect, but also in the droughts responsible for the current massive wildfires destroying trees while consuming huge amounts of oxygen and producing more carbon dioxide as well as smoke pollution. Even rainforests are now burning, which are usually untouched by wildfires. Last year Project Earth estimated that 70% of previous global deforestation was by fire. This global warming issue is being addressed by the Clinton/Gore administration in the new national energy policy plan, (the first since 1992) called CNES (Comprehensive National Energy Strategy) released 8 April, 1998 by DOE Secretary Pena after February public comment, to implement the minimum energy industry carbon dioxide emission reductions mandated by the December 1997 Kyoto Convention on Climate Change (see www.hr.doe.gov/nesp/cnes.html).

September 24: Israeli Court Halts Secret Plant Expansion

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israel's High Court suspended government plans to expand a top-secret scientific facility where nearby residents fear biological weapons are being produced, the local mayor said. PM Benjamin Netanyahu's office said the project was on hold only until a state defense agency reviews the facility's own environmental impact study. But Mayor Yossi Shvo of Nes Ziona, the town which is home to the biological institute, said the court approved an agreement he elicited from the state to hold up construction pending the completion of an independent study. "The High Court of Justice decided to accept our request to freeze the expansion of the institute while conducting an environmental study, and based on the findings, the court will make a decision on the expansion," the mayor told Reuters. Israel has never said it makes biological or chemical weapons but officials have accused Arab countries hostile to Israel of producing them. Citing a need to uphold state security, Israel has for years declined comment on reports in France and elsewhere that the Nes Ziona institute was working on biological and chemical weapons.

How many have suffered greatly in their lives, and seeking truth, been welcomed in with a smile and a hug to the delusory teachings and seminars of Werner Erhard, the Maharishi, Marianne Williamson, John Gray, Barbara De Angelis, Tony Robbins, Charles Givens, Reverend Sun Myung Moon, Pat Robertson, and so on? Even former US presidents have taken to the motivational circuit (for a very large fee of course), and travelled around the US as part of a production that is part revival meeting and part wealth building seminar, to tell everyone how wonderful everything is. People, possibly realizing that something is not right in the world, in their relationships, in their work life - and especially in their spiritual lives - wind up at these carnivals of lost souls, to be reassured that everything is all right after all. Baloney. All of these programs have the effect of making people less aware, and less aware of the truth. In fact, their purpose is to make people blind to evil, so that they will ultimately be exploited (or exploit) more. This is especially true, the more "high and holy" the claims of these false teachers. Such people - despite their mass hypnotic appeal - have no good within them, and no real solutions to any problems. The demons want this world to continue because they draw their energy, like vampires, from the suffering of the trapped True Beings.

By now, you've heard that many of the world's computers will roll the date clock forward from "99" to "00" with potentially disastrous consequences. But that isn't the only computer "doomsdate" looming. A slew of lesser-known dates also could wreak technological havoc. So brace yourself. The first date to dread - Jan. 1, 1999 -- is fast approaching.

Jan. 1, 1999: The one-year-look-ahead problem: Not every computer counts forward like you and me. Some look down the road one entire year and count backward to determine the date. (Please don't ask why.) On Jan. 1, 1999, some will look forward one year and see "00." Like humans, the computers may balk at having to count backward from 00. Jan. 1, 1999, to Dec. 31.

2002: The euro currency problem: We all know that the year 2000 problem is the biggest software project in history. But many Americans are unaware that programmers throughout the world are also at work on the second biggest software project in history: converting the currencies of 11 European nations into a single currency called the euro. Banks and financial institutions will begin transacting business in euros on Jan. 1, 1999, although the actual bank notes won't be issued until Jan. 1, 2001. The introduction of the euro is to continue through the year 2002. There's no direct link between the euro project and the Y2K project, but the massive size of the simultaneous projects will soon take most of the world's available programmers.

Aug. 21, 1999: The GPS rollover problem: The world's 24 global positioning satellites record time by counting the weeks that have passed since their launch in 1980. The weeks fill up a counter much like the odometer on your car. But like your odometer, the counter rolls over to 0000 when it's full. At midnight on Aug. 21, 1999, the counter will be full. Equipment that uses the GPS signals may malfunction.

Sept. 9, 1999: The 9999 end-of-file problem: Many computers have been programmed to recognize 9999 as an "end-of-file" command. Perhaps some computers will conclude, quite logically, that a date of 9/9/99 means it's the end of all time.

Oct. 1, 1999: The federal fiscal year 2000 problem: Big Daddy rolls its clock forward Oct. 1, 1999. As of that date, the federal government officially enters its 2000 budget year. Every federal function will be affected, from defense to Medicare to payments on the federal debt.

Jan. 4, 2000: The first-working-day-of-the-year problem: Year 2000 begins on a Saturday. Corporate America will switch on most of its desktop computers Tuesday, Jan. 4, after a long holiday weekend. Boot up and hang on to your morning mochas.

Feb. 29, 2000: The Year 2000 leap year problem, Part I: Most programmers know the rules for calculating leap years: Any year evenly divisible by four is a leap year, except years that also are divisible by 100. So 1996 is a leap year, but 2000 isn't - er, right? Well, there's a third, lesser-known rule that cancels the first two: Any year divisible by 400 is a leap year, including-you guessed it-2000. The question is: How many programmers know that rule?

Dec. 31, 2000: The Year 2000 leap year problem, Part II: Some computers work by counting the number of days in the year. If they aren't programmed to know that 2000 is a leap year, the machines will be bewildered when they reach Dec. 31, 2000, the seemingly impossible 366th day of the year.

Sept. 8, 2001: The Unix end-of-file problem: Unix is the "other" major operating system, a set of instructions that, like Windows, DOS and MacOS, run the basic functions of a computer. Unix powers many commercial and Internet computers. Unix tells time differently, which means that it does not have a year 2000 problem. Unfortunately, it does have a Sept. 8, 2001 problem. In Unix language, that date is represented by the number 999,999,999 - the same number that some Unix applications use to denote the end of a file.

Circa 2025: The U.S. telephone number problem: By the year 2025 or so, the United States will simply run out of available seven-digit telephone numbers and area codes. Telephone companies will have to add digits or revamp the numbering system. That, in turn, will force software programmers to overhaul every piece of software that uses phone numbers, plus all databases and archives that store phone numbers.

Jan. 19, 2038: The other Unix problem: The Unix operating system tells time by counting the number of seconds elapsed since Jan. 1, 1970. But like your odometer, there are only so many places on its counter. At seven seconds past 3:14 a.m. on Jan. 19, 2038, the counters on every Unix computer in the world will be full and will roll over to "0". Many computers will assume it's either Jan. 1, 1970, all over again (who wants to relive the '70s?) or that it's the end of the world (which may be a better alternative than the preceding).

Circa 2050 to 2075: The Social Security number problem:
By 2075, the United States will have exhausted the 1 billion unique Social Security numbers possible under its nine-digit numbering system. Year 2000 expert Capers Jones suggests that the nation must be prepared by 2050 to expand or replace the many software applications that depend on those numbers.

Mad Cow Hidden Horror - Infection Rate May Be 100 Times Higher - By Debora MacKenzie: "... some cows may be carrying a silent infection that could be even more dangerous to people than overt BSE: It may be that there is rather more infectivity in muscle or other tissues in those animals and that is why they do not have a brain disease."

For every case of mad cow disease in Switzerland, more than 100 animals may be "silently" carrying the infection. If this pattern holds true in Britain, the number of British cattle now carrying the disease as of last year will have exceeded 450, 000. Last year, Switzerland started slaughtering herds in which a case of BSE had been confirmed. The Swiss Federal Veterinary Office then began looking for signs of BSE in the brains of these apparently healthy cattle. These tests have been repeated using a sensitive diagnostic test developed by Prionics, a company in Zurich. In the Prionics test, brain tissue is homogenised, then treated with an enzyme to break down proteins apart from the rogue form of PrP, the protein that becomes misshapen in BSE. The mix is then put on a gel in an electric field, which separates the remaining protein fragments. Malformed PrP is detected using an antibody that binds tightly to the protein. Previous tests of this type, called Western blots, have taken three days. "We can have a result in 12 hours, before a carcass leaves the slaughterhouse," says Markus Moser of Prionics. Only one or two cases of BSE typically occur in each affected herd in all countries in which the disease has shown up. "The official theory is that only the sick cows ate a lump of infectious feed," says Moser. "But other cattle may be infected, and just haven't shown symptoms." The Prionics test has confirmed this. Of 1761 healthy cows slaughtered in the culling programme, eight tested positive for BSE. Six of these were also picked up by the veterinary office using other tests. Eight infected cows out of 1761 gives a rate of "silent" infection of 4.5 per thousand animals--more than 100 times Switzerland's 1997 rate of clinical BSE. The Swiss government and Prionics will start testing the brains of 3000 randomly selected cattle at more than 20 slaughterhouses later this year, to see if the same rate of infection holds for herds in which BSE has not yet been recorded. Two abattoirs say they will screen all slaughtered cattle. Epidemiological data suggest that a similar pattern may emerge. If so, says Bruno Oesch, head of Prionics, "then 1800 subclinical cases may have ended up on the table" in Switzerland last year. No one has tested for subclinical BSE infection in Britain. But if British herds contain more than 100 infected animals for every one with obvious symptoms, the number of subclinical cases in 1997 would have been around 460,000. The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAFF) says that only older cows are likely to pose any risk of infecting people. And since 1996, all British cattle older than 30 months have been destroyed. "This removes the possibility of any animal harbouring infectivity from entering the food chain," claims a MAFF spokesman. But some of the government's scientific advisers remain worried about the risks posed by subclinical infection. John Collinge of Imperial College London, a member of the Spongiform Encephalopathy Advisory Committee, last week told the official BSE Inquiry of his fears that some cows may be carrying a silent infection that could be even more dangerous to people than overt BSE: "It may be that there is rather more infectivity in muscle or other tissues in those animals and that is why they do not have a brain disease." Collinge has tried to get MAFF to look for subclinical infection using sensitive tests like the one developed by Prionics, but with no success. "I have raised that several times," he told the inquiry. MAFF is now considering plans to study subclinical BSE, but could provide no details. - From New Scientist, 13 June 1998.

Britain's Vegetarian Society hopes to win over meat-eaters with a new advertisement portraying vegetables as sex objects. It seeks to alter the public's perception of vegetarianism as boring and depict it as a sensual alternative to meat.

"We know that the public doesn't want us to preach about health dangers, so with our new film we can concentrate on destroying the stereotypical view of vegetarianism as dull and flavourless," said the group's spokeswoman. "The advert will show Britain the sexy spark in meat-free food." The society says four million Britons eat no meat, with the number of vegetarians growing by 5,000 every week. Its campaign has been helped by the so-called mad cow scare which has hit beef sales, and by fears that too much red meat can be bad for your health.

San Francisco (Reuters) - Is living in America bad for your mental health? A new study released Sept 15 reported that, for many immigrants from Mexico, mental health problems rise the longer they live in the United States. "This is clearly a social effect, not a biological one," said William Vega, the professor of public health at the University of California Berkeley who conducted the study. It seems that the Luddites were justified in their fear of the destructiveness of machinery and technology after all. As we now witness the fatal destruction of the environment and all its eco-systems by technology, by its machines and all their side-effects and by their pollution, and also as we experience the gross, ubiquitous poverty and misery, brought on by so-called progressive science, we realize those Luddites were not suffering regressive paranoia, but were in actual fact, visionaries of future destructiveness. Collectively they were subconsciously recalling other periods of this planet such as in Atlantis when technology destroyed that continent, and other planet, such as Maldec, which was destroyed by technology and its pollution. Maldec remains in our solar system as the asteroid belt. It simply blew up!

If you disagree with the assessment of technological destruction, think for one moment what it was which gave us atomic bombs, nuclear waste, chemicals which are sterilizing all biological entities, HIV-AIDS, the Gulf War Syndrome, designer drugs of addiction, many forms of cancer from polluted food, water and air, carcinogenic chemical waste, immune system- destroying vaccines, purposely contaminated tobacco, etc., etc. Are these not all side-effects and creations of progressive science and its wonderful technology? Were they not all hailed by the demons and the programmed robots as "great scientific achievements". Commercial Wars looming in Oz: Many small business people want government intervention into the monopoly practices of Coles-Myer, Woolworths and Franklin supermarkets. They have captured 80% of business and drive smaller competitors into the ground with tactics created to do just that. These huge supermarkets are in the main Zionist owned, driven, and controlled multinationals. They destroy competition by going into an area, subsidizing prices until the competition which cannot compete goes broke, gain all the customers and then set about gradually increasing prices, far higher than previously, for there is no valid competition to them. I can vouch that this is so. One small town near us is "owned" by one of these supermarkets and its prices have gone up and up and up. A nearby smaller town with a smaller independent supermarket is far less costly for the same items. This is not shrewd business. It is gross unfair exploitation of the "goyim"!

Dear Dr., I just finished reading your web postings. My husband and I have been searching for the truth our whole lives. It is so amazing to us, after finally scraping together enough money to purchase a computer to discover that we are not alone. We live in a rural area with a small population. We are unable to really discuss with anyone the true extent of what we believe, for fear of persecution. After having briefly touched upon a small number of subjects, that we find to be self-evident, we have been accused of being victims of "some sort of cult", just being flaky, being blasphemous, etc., I am certain that you can imagine the type of ridicule it opens us up to. We have suffered alone with what we cannot deny. What is interesting to us, is that now, with the aid of the computer, we are finding that others have come to the same conclusions as ourselves. Since what we believe to be true is so "outrageous" and does not come from any one source of information, but rather a compilation of "intuition" and searching for historic and personal truths, it is a reassurance to find that others have come to these same conclusions. We have not had any ET encounters, that we know of, or other phenomena that has occurred in our own personal lives, yet we cannot deny that these events do happen to others. We do not know what is going to happen, only that something IS happening. We feel with our intellect that we should be afraid, yet in our beings, we are not. I think that that is the most interesting feature of the whole experience. The Earth is destroyed. The only culture that we know how to survive in is on the brink of absolute collapse. We have 2 children whom we love dearly, and hope greatly for, knowing that the future is NOT, yet we cannot bring ourselves to fear. We ask ourselves repeatedly if we are in some state of denial, but always the answer that comes back to us is no. I do not know that aliens or anybody or thing else is coming to rescue us from what has been created. Yet we cannot fear. I feel great sorrow and frustration however, that so many will not see. My mother is a Christian who expresses sorrow and grief for us, while refusing to stop and look at any of the evidence before her. Her faith in her religion does not buy her the peace of being to consider the state of the Earth. She lives in denial and becomes angry when confronted with the most minute allegation to any type of crises, be it of the environment or the spirit. It is saddening. We homeschool our children and are raising them in an environment of love that is all encompassing. They are the most beautiful creatures that I have ever experienced and people pity them for not being raised to "fit in" to the world. Thank you for having the courage and stamina to speak out. I have been receiving an increasing number of email messages from the likes of kenpage at http://www.kenpage-mch.com (whoever from Hell that may be) to state nothing is going to happen, that the robots are being scared unnecessarily, etc., etc.

It shows the demons and robots are affected by the Clearing Energy which is descending in ever-increasing amounts. Their fear reflects internal - subconscious awareness of their evil nature and their failure. Some are anxious, others very fearful and some are in denial. These are initial stages of the Terminal Madness. As most of you have experienced, these demons and robots are not amenable to reason, for they as yet cannot bypass their internal evil programming, pollution and indoctrination. When the realization is floridly reproduced on their outer minds, the mental dysfunction will be very distressing for them. And yet, in contrast, those of Light will feel increasing Joy at the end of this unjust, exploitative, malicious Hell!

Henceforth developments will be a confirmation of the processes I said would occur, and cases where all theomorphs would be justified in yelling at the demons and robots: "Dr Chiappalone said this would happen!! We told you so, but you would not listen!"
