FASTING
Fasting should only be done three days before the full moon or new moon.
Fasting for twenty-four hours (no food and drink) will clean your internal body.
Begin after lunch for example, have no supper, sleep nine hours, have no breakfast.
You will feel a little weak, your tongue will be white, and you won’t know what to do with the time you are not using:- 1.planning the meal
2.shopping for it
3.preparing it
4.cooking it
5.eating it
6.washing up.
Remember:- Vitamins 6 a day Cereals 6 a day Proteins 3 a day

fresh Rice =unsaturated fats
frozen Wheat butter

=saturated fats (not essential)
