When one produces less enzymes.
Have three meals a day--- skipping meals causes loss of energy.
Chew each mouthful at least 15 times--- digestion starts in the mouth.
Drink a glass of water before, between, after meals--- helps eliminate toxins.
Eat starch food (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, artichokes, bananas, dates, figs) and protein food (meat, fish, eggs, cheese, milk) SEPARATELY--- keeps dyspepsia away.
Meals should consist of two-thirds Alkali-forming foods and one third Acid-forming foods.
