Face: squash your face into a grimace for the count of three—relax with an audible sigh of relief

          tense brow and forehead for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

 

Neck: tense forward for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

          tense backwards for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

 

Shoulders: tense forward and down for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

                  hunch upwards for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

 

Hands: clench fingers and thumbs for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

             tip backwards for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

 

Wrists: tense under for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

            tense backwards for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

 

Upper back: tense for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

Lower back: tense for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

Abdominal muscles: tense for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

Bottom: tense for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief                    

 

Feet: clench Toes for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

         tip backwards for 3 seconds – relax with a sigh of relief

         tense Top of foot for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

         tense Sole for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

         tense Ankle upwards for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

         tense backwards for 3 seconds—relax with a sigh of relief

 

Take a very deep breathe with your mouth closed – hold for 3 seconds—breathe out very slowly through your open mouth
