A watcher named, Meric enterd Buffys life when he told her that she was the chosen one and that she is the slayer, of course she laughed in his face and walked away, intill he asked her about a certain dream that only the chosen one has, that she was a servent girl, a bar maid, and that there is one man that she is always fighting.
From there Meric took her to the cemetary where he sat her down on a fresh grave, and we all know what happends next.
Meric tells Buffy that she is to begin training the next day as thye have missed years of training all ready. Buffy being Buffy didn't show, denying that she is the chosen one and tells Meric to go find someone else to play his games, thats when he thows a knife at her head to prove to her, that only the chosen one could have caught it.
Buffy then yelled at Meric and punched him in the face, and didn't even break a nail, from then on she was the slayer.
After being kicked out of her old school for fighting, Buffy and her mum moved to Sunnydale to start a new life, well that was the original plan.
Joyce Summers started a new life, but Buffy had some bad news, vampires are everywhere in Sunnydale, and that her new watcher is the school librarian.
Now Buffy has Xander and Willow who know her secret as well as Cordelia and Angel( who happends to be a vampire......only with his soul)
Buffy was on her way to the Bronze when she senced that she was being followed, so, like anyother person would do she swung down a pole and kicked him in the back, her later gives her a cross necklase and his leather jacket, while she is still wondering of who this guy is, she continues to fight and kill.
Since then Buffy and Angel have had feelings for eachother but kept it hidden untill Angel got slashed in the ribs and they ran off to her house and she thought that he had read her diary, the end up kissing and she finds out that Angel is actually............a vampire who is 241 years older than her. Tho this did stop anychance of a relationship for a while, they got over it and then they got together.

"So, we're talking about a guy?" "Not exactly a guy. For us to have a conversation about a guy, there'd have to be a guy for us to have a conversation about....Was that a sentence??" "You lack a guy^_^"..."What about Angel?" "Yeah, just see him in a relationship, 'Hi honey. You're in grave danger...I'll see you next month!'" -- Willow and Buffy girl-talking
