Spike comes back to town. He runs over the Sunnydale sign and falls out of his car. He is really drunk.

Spike is walking around crying and singing at the old warehouse. He looks at Drusilla's dolls and starts smashing them.

Cordy and Xander talking about the date. He is surprised that she has pictures of him in her locker.

Oz gives Willow a little Pez witch just for being her. (awww...) She feels guilty.

Giles leaves to go on a retreat. He says that she owes it to herself to go away at the best college. He isn't in the rest of the episode.

Joyce tells Buffy to go away to college again.

Angel is reading. Spike sees him and starts yelling at him. Angel doesn't seem him. Spike is talking about how he is going to get Angel. Then he passes out.

In the morning his hand catches on fire. He runs to his car.

Spike goes to look for a curse to put on Angel. He's looking at the magic shop. He sees Willow there trying to get stuff for a love spell. He kills the shop owner.

The mayor tells his assistant person to get rid of Spike.

Buffy and Angel talk about college. He says as a friend he thinks she should go. She gets upset by this and leaves.

Willow is doing the spell at school. Xanders comes. Spike arrives and kidnaps them.

Spike and Willow talk. He tells her about how Dru left him. He also tells her that Dru was a big flirt. It's really funny. Oh and she has to do the spell or Xander and her die.

Oz and Cordy go to find Buffy because the room Willow and Xander were in was trashed.

They find Buffy. Oz and Cordy go to get Giles. The phone rings. It's Joyce talking some more about college. Buffy hears "Hello Joyce..." in the background. It's Spike! Buffy runs.

Joyce and Spike are having a nice little chat. He retells the story he told to Willow about Dru leaving him. Angel is walking by and sees Spike. He runs up the steps, but can't get in. Joyce thinks that Angel is still bad so she won't let him in. Buffy runs in and pins Spike down. She tells Angel to come in. They work out a deal. Spike will tell them where Xander and Willow are after they help him get the stuff for the spell.

So Angel, Buffy, and Spike go and get the supplies for the spell. They are >stopped by a group of vampires the mayor sent. They fight them.

Spike tells Angel and Buffy that they aren't just friends and that they'll never be just friends. That they'll love each other until they kill each other.

They fight the vampires some more. Finally they get rid of them and Spike tells Buffy and Angel it was a lot of fun. Then he decides he's going to go get Dru back.

Willow and Xander are snuck in the warehouse. Xander wakes up (Spike smacked him in the head). They kiss. Oz and Cordy walk in. They are both really upset. Cordy runs away. She through these stairs and gets stabbed in the stomach. Xander goes to save her. It looks like she dies though.

The show a funeral going on. I really thought it was for Cordy. Then they show Willow and Buffy talking about Cordy saying she's going to be all right. Oz won't talk to Willow.

Xander goes to talk to Cordy. She tells him to leave her alone.

Buffy goes to the mansion and basically breaks up with Angel. She says that they could never be friends and what she wants from him she can't have. Angel asked if there was anyway they could work it out. She says if you tell me you don't love me. Of course Angel can't so Buffy leaves.

Spike is leaving town to get Drusilla. He's singing "My Way" , really badly by the way.
