1993-1994 Mark VIII
Issue:
Some vehicles may have one or more of the following concerns:
· No forward engagement
· Delayed forward engagement
· No reverse engagement
· Higher engine RPM than expected on acceleration from a stop
Mark VIII 1993 - 1995
ISSUE:
Torque converter clutch shudder or vibration may occur under light to moderate acceleration above 56 km/h (35mph) while in 3rd or 4th gear or during 3-4 or 4-3 shifts. This condition may be noticeable on higher mileage vehicles (24,000 km/15,000 mi or more) when the torque converter clutch engages or disengages during light to moderate acceleration.

Mark VIII 1993 - 1995
ISSUE:
A new transmission case and main control have been released for service on 1992-95 AODE/4R70W transmissions.
Mark VIII 1993 - 1997
ISSUE:
Musty and mildew type odors may come from the air conditioner and heater system. This odor is caused by mildew-type fungi growth in the A/C evaporator. It is most noticeable when the A/C is first turned on.
Mark VIII 1997 - 1999 (I think this was a misprint)
ISSUE:
A "whining/buzzing" noise in the speakers of the entertainment radio or two-way radio on vehicles with an in-tank electric fuel pump may be caused by electrical noise from the fuel pump.
Mark VIII 1993 - 1998
ISSUE:
A new Silicone Gasket And Sealant (F7AZ-19554-EA) material is now available for routine engine service or repair of engine oil leaks.
1993 - 1997 mark VIII
ISSUE:
Vehicles equipped with an AODE or 4R70W transmission (refer to Vehicle Application Chart) may experience a torque converter clutch shudder or vibration. This occurs under light to moderate acceleration above 56 km/h (35mph) while in 3rd or 4th gear or on 3-4/4-3 shifts. This may be due to temperature related automatic transmission fluid breakdown.
