I would venture to guess that with the amount of
VDub engines on the road, in various applications,
that you probably won't find a more reliable power
plant. Some of the questionsnd problems you hear
about on this forum are situations from lack of
maintenance from previous owners...basket case
engine rebuilds...etc. Once all the bugs are out
...err..no pun intended... You'll have a motor that
should go another 150k or so. (With the provided
maintenance..that is).
