V

Closeup of the 'real' tank and the clutch tubing. Hint: the straighter the tube (metal brake line) is the easier it is to push the clutch. Had to re rout the line seen here. Ready to go? I think not! Quite..
Note the funky back rest on the driver seat.. My Muse went hay wire, short circuit or something. Aaaah what the heck, I like it! The day I brought my handle bars home. Quite heavy, had to cut some stuff off! Actually I lucked out on that one. Just the right diameter, worked out perfect.
The finished (almost, want to get them chromed) handle bars. Compare to the bars on the pic above.. Test drive time.. The motor is still ticking from the laps around the lake.
Note the sad hanging right pedal. It's the brake pedal, it's supposed to be the brake pedal, but who needs brakes, I don't, I'm not scared, I'm aaaaaaaaaaaaauuuuuuu  &^%$#@ Well, for now I'll use the VW Transporter master cylinder, tried many master cylinder, but got tired of re-welding the bracket every time I change the master.
Now it's time to sandblast and paint the Trike. Off to the sandblasting shop it went. After blowing all the sand off I painted it with EPOXY primer, a nice coat of Black, some Airbrush and two coats of High Solids Clear. To check out more of the paint subject go to the Paint section of my page....
Drives AWESOME!, wheelies nice and has a lot of power (original 1600cc).
