| Welding almost complete. Use a Mig welder to keep metal
warping to an absolute minimum. |

| It's a good idea to use a guide coat to make sure you get
a perfect straight panel. Spray a fast drying paint onto the filled panel. Use a long board to sand.. |
Any low spots show up like this.. The paint stay's
in the lower areas. Filler is required to straighten it out. Repeat if necessary. |

The tank, after a day of drying time was block
sanded with 400 wet. I made a fiberglass mold with a plastic mask, I poured fiberglass resin into the mask and let it set for about an hour. I removed the plastic and ended up with the fiberglass mold. The small faces above are imprints of our christmas Angle, sorry Angelica. Then I brushed some fiberglass resin on top of the tank and placed the molds where I wanted them. I taped them in place and let everything dry until the next day. |

| I sanded the now dry tank and sprayed an additional coat
of Epoxy primer over everything.. |
The faces where than covered with gold leave and a
crackle medium was applied for an 'old' effect. The background was sprayed free hand. |

| The 'Alien' effect was archived by 'blotching' some
white paint with a plastic bag onto the panel. |
A variety of purple shades of transparent acrylic paint
is than sprayed over the white effect. |
