This is a "logo" that Fahlgren and Assoc.in Parkersburg, WV developed for Larry as part of his quest in finding sponsorship.

Here's Larry behind the wheel of the Smith Speed Shop car out of Eaton, Ohio. Larry ran up a long string of wins with this car. He was quoted one time as saying he was "relieved" when the string ended..it was putting so much pressure on him.

It's 1972...and here's Larry on the high banks of Daytona. At the wheel of Rich Giachetti's Ford Torino, Larry for the first time wheeling a NASCAR stock car with the best drivers in the world. This visit came up short when mechanical problems forced him to park the Banjo Matthews built car before the day was over. That's Ramo Stott and David Sisco trailing at this point.

This is one of Larry's brothers, Paul Dickson back in the "early days" posing for this PR shot. Paul was a racer back in the 1950's and 1960's until being injured in a crash at Ohio Valley Speedway at Parkersburg, West Virginia in the 60's. He retired after that one. Another brother...Tommy will be getting his own page up here soon.
