It just kills me to know that people actually sign the back of their ticket saying that they admit to the offense! They don't even try! Any of these books will give you good advice on how to beat that ticket (and maybe the cop, mentally, of course) Still not convinced you can win in court? Did you know that one third of all petty misdemeanors are dropped because the cop didn't show up? Whatever the case is, you are innocent until proven guilty. This means the prosecution has the burden of proof. Even if you don't win you will have the satisfaction of knowing you tried.
