X is a bot.  She is female (you can tell by her moodiness at times...).
X allows us to keep control of the channel.
She enables us to kick and ban, and keep the channel secure even when no ops are there.


0 Level

Access: /msg X access #channel <nick> (tells you the user's access)
              /msg X access #channel -min <level> (shows only users above the given level)
              /msg X access #channel -max <level> (shows only users below the given level)
 
Auto Op: /msg X access #channel -autoop (shows users with auto op on)
                /msg X  access #channel -noautoop (shows users with auto op off)

Modif: /msg X access #channel  -modif
                 (shows who last modified the access listing)

Banlist: /msg X banlist #channel
                 (shows the channel banlist...you must be in the channel to use this command.)

Lbanlist: /msg X lbanlist #channel <searchstring>
                 (searches X's banlist for a certain string.  Use * to see the whole list)

Chaninfo: /msg X chaninfo #channel
                 (shows whether or not a channel is registered and to whom.)

Deauth: /msg X deauth #channel
                 (if you would like to deauthenticate yourself for some reason)

Help: /msg X help <command>
                 (displays helpfile on a given command)

Login: /msg X login #channel password
                      (loads your access listing into memory and authenticates you on the channel)

Map: /msg X map (shows a map of connected servers)

Motd: /msg X motd (displays X's message of the day)

Newpass: /msg X@channels.undernet.org newpass #channel password

Pass: /msg X@channels.undernet.org pass

Show Commands: /msg X showcommands #channel (shows all the commands you can use in a channel)

Show Ignore: /msg X showignore #channel (shows X's ignore list. This is what happens when
someone tries to or accidentally floods X.  The time length is 60 minutes.

Verify: /msg X verify <nick> (displays whether or not a person is an official cservice rep.  If X answers that the person is "NOT an authenticated CSERVICE representative" please come to #cservice and ask about them.

 



Level 1

Status: /msg X status #channel
                 (displays X modes and the number of users)



Level 50

Kick: /msg X kick #channel <nick>  (Tells X to kick someone from the channel.
                 *your nick will be placed in the kick message)

Topic: /msg X topic #channel <new topic>
                (Change the topic in the channel)



Level 75

Ban: /msg X #channel <nick or user@host> [duration in hours] [level] [reason]
                 (bans a person on X's list for a specific number of hours...)
                *max is 336 hours (2 weeks)
                *You can use the person's nick if they are online or a user@host if they are not.
                *Level can be from 1 to your access level. (a level 20-74 ban prevents the
                  user from having ops. 75+    keeps them from being in the channel at all.
                *You must at least have the same access level as the level of the ban to remove it.

Unban: /msg x unban #channel <nick|user@host>
                (unbans a person from the channel)
                *by nick if they are online
                *by user@host if they are not



Level 100

Op: /msg X op #channel [nick1] [nick2] [nick3]
                 (ops one or more persons in the channel)

Deop: /msg X deop #channel [nick1] [nick2] [nick3]
                 (deops one or more persons in the channel)

Invite: /msg X invite #channel <nick>
                 (Has X invite someone into the channel)

Suspend: /msg X suspend #channel <nick|user@host> <duration> s,m,h or d
                (suspends a user's access for the specified period of time.)
                *(s)econds, (m)inutes, (h)ours, (d)ays
                *You can only suspend someone with access lower than yours.

Unsuspend: /msg X unsuspend #channel <nick> (Unsuspends a user on your access list)

Level 400

Add User: /msg X adduser #channel <nick> <level> <password>
                (adds a person to X if they are in the channel)
                /msg X adduser #channel <user@host> <level> <password>
                (adds a person to X if they are  not in the channel)
                *user@host must be in this form: *!*saltysoc@*.neca.com
                *and like this for numeric: *!*cactus@207.98.183.*

Remove User: /msg X remuser #channel <nick>
                  (removes user from the channel database)
                  *you must have higher access than the user you want to remove

Clearmode: /msg X clearmode #channel (clears all channel modes)
                  *useful when a channel has been locked up (+i or +k set without your knowledge)

Modinfo: /msg x modinfo #channel <access, autoop, match or rempass> <user> <new variable>
                Access: /msg x modinfo #channel access <user> <access level>
                              * sets access level in X
                              *possible values are 1 through 1 less than your own access
                Autoop: /msg x modinfo #channel autoop <nick> ON or OFF
                              *turns the auto op off or on
                Match: /msg x modinfo #channel match <nick> <newuser@host>
                              *changes the user@host for a user in X's database.
                              *useful if someone on the channel has changed ISP's
                 Rempass: /msg x modinfo #channel rempass <nick>
                              *removes a users password

Level 450

Add chan: /msg  X addchan #channel (adds the channel to X's database
                  and sets the channel default modes.

Join: /msg  X join #channel (tells X to join your channel)

Part: /msg X part #channel (tells X to part your channel)
