Web Sites or Forums that allow image signatures can qualify for entry into the Digital Signatures Web Ring. Any forum that allows image signatures in their forum is welcome to join the ring.
Someone using an image signature for the first time, might not know where to go to use their new signature. This is reason for allowing forums that allow image signatures into the web ring.
