After uploading this version, I found out that there were a number of not so
minor bugs which in some cases could prevent the application from working
properly. So I corrected them ASAP, but I thought that I cannot force you to
download the entire package again, so I uploaded only the correction.
I also included a file named upgrade_instructions.txt, which basically says that
you have to overwrite the files with the same name which are on your machine.

Description
This a FREE program which will help you to build setups of your owm program, that is
the reason 'cause i started writing it !
It contains 6 different packages:
Front End: written in Visual
Basic 4.0, which will help you to setup up every option for your installation
Setup: it is written in C and it
does the real work of installing your software
Uninstaller:it will remove
every file installed by the setup.Also, it takes care of registry entries and OLE stuff
Plugin Manager:This is an OLE DLL
which exports a generic way to implements plugin
SetupWizard:To make easier the setup generation project
VBPWizard:Useful if you want to build a setup for your Visual Basic software
