Mist

With the looks of your typical female superhero, Mist has little trouble turning heads. Her problem is that she likes to twist them off. Mist has the ability to create the four basic elements, earth, air, fire and water. In different combinations, they cause different effects. Her favorite effect is stone, because that way her victims cannot escape and they get the funniest looks on their faces when they cannot breath and start to die. Of course, fire is nice too because it burns and when mixed with just the right amount of oxygen, it explodes and sends pieces of her victims everywhere.

She is in love with Toxin but also understands his feelings toward Psyclone. Mist will protect Psyclone if necessary, and bring it to the attention of Toxin, to gain Toxin's favor. Mist will not kill on purpose, it just happens to end up that way.
