Psyclone
Psyclone was the last subject that was altered. Having changed the physical characteristics of a dozen individuals, our mad scientist started experimenting with the mind. Psyclone responded better than expected. She could read the scientist's mind, and finding it evil, "purified" him. The other volunteers escaped but Toxin could not leave this young girl on her own.
In Psyclone's world, she is an avatar, riding on the right hand of Jesus, bringing light to those who need it the most. All will see the light in the end and bask in the eternal glow of the almighty. Those who resist her gentle persuasions, get to join the heavenly father sooner.
