Shifting Sands
Not much is known about Shifting Sands. He seems to be uninterested in the politics of the other members and no one really knows why he became a member in the first place. It is rumored that he is really an ancient god of the desert or a creation of Israel that escaped from their laboratories.
Shifting Sands is a deeply religious man, but on a personal level. He fights more to free the land from further development than for any political reasons. He will not back down from a fight unless the odds are hopeless. His body seems to be made out of sand, similar to Sandman, and he uses tactics that are similar to the Marvel villain as well.
