Player Character. Volt is 18 and just finding out about his powers. He was "recruited" by a shadowy government organization called the Project. The Project is esentially a mutant training ground, except that the head of the organization has quietly gone insane and is secretly training his charges for political assassinations. Volt didn't realize this, just that he did not care for how he was being treated by those who were supposed to train him. After a close confrontation, Gremlin nearly tore out Volt's throat. Recovering in the hospital, Gremlin came to visit and Volt snapped, manifesting his shockwave, he managed to escape the hospital and the Project.
