Surge
Surge is the newest and greenest member of Red Star which shows shy he has little in the skills department. He is hugely powerful with lots of raw power and it will be many years before he reaches his full potential. He is young, impressionable and loyal to The Motherland.
Surge stands 6'3", has golden blond hair, wears a white body suit with crimson and gold trim, an open face and a golden "tiara" like headband. He will rarely go off on his own or leave his targets unless Imperial Defender or White Wolf are in jeapardy to being defeated.
