The Mandarins

A group of Chinese mercenaries that are guaranteed to scare even the most seasoned heroes. The Mandarins and fast, tough and have the ability to kill nearly everyone with their array of armor piercing attacks. Swan-San does all the talking for the group and understands they are generally hired for a specific purpose and not to get involved in a long fight with a group of heroes. Their usual business is assassinations. They have had access to teleportation devices in the past but the write-ups do not show these. Although overconfident, they are not dumb enough to be left without their team or goaded into a fight they cannot win.
