Banana Easter Egg Rolls

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup mashed banana (1 large)
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, cut up
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 package active dry yeast
2 tablespoons butter melted
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
1 recipe icing (recipe follows)

1.   Add first eight ingredients to bread machine according to  manufacturer's
      directions.
2.   Select dough cycle.
3.   When cycle is complete, remove dough from bread machine.
4.   Punch dough down.
5.   Cover and let dough rest 10 minutes.
6.   On a lightly floured surface roll dough about 1/2 inch thick.
7.   Cut and shape into eight to twelve 3 to 3 1/2 inch long egg shapes.  (reroll as
      needed)
8.   Place on lightly greased baking sheets.
9.   Brush with melted butter.
10.Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar*.
11.Cover.
12.Let rise in warm place until nearly double in size, about 30 minutes.
13.Preheat oven to 350.
14.Bake rolls about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
15.Cool on wire racks.
16.Prepare icing**.
17.Pipe or drizzle onto rolls to resemble Easter Eggs.

Makes 8 to 12 Rolls
*To make your own cinnamon-sugar combine 1 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
**Icing: Stir together 2 cups sifted powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, and enough milk (about 2 tablespoons) to make of piping or drizzling consistency.
Divide icing and tint with food coloring, as desired.
