Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Eggs

flour
hard boiled egg
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 Tbsp cold water
1 cup boiling water
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
2 (8 OZ) chocolate bars
half a stick paraffin or dipping chocolate

1. Fill 4  ( 9 x 13 ) inch pans with flour and use the egg to make egg impressions in the flour.
2. Dissolve gelatin in cold water (to soften).
3. Stir in boiling water.
4. Add 2 cups sugar and vanilla.
5. Whisk until soft peaks form.
6. Spoon immediately into egg impressions
7. Lay a vanilla wafer on top (curved side down).
8. Let set.
9. Melt chocolate and wax.
10.Shake flour from marshmallow egg
11.Dip in chocolate.
12.Lay on waxed paper.
13.Allow to set.
14.Decorate with colored frosting if desired.
