Easter Baked Ham

1 10-12 LB Ham -- boned or not
1 medium green pepper -- large dice
2 ribs celery -- dice
2 cloves garlic -- chopped
6 medium red onions -- quartered
3 bay leaves
2 bottles beer
1/4 cup liquid crab boil
1 cup beef stock
1/2 tablespoons cayenne

1.   Put ham in roaster.
2.   Put veggies and bay leaves all around ham.
3.   Mix liquids and cayenne.
4.   Pour over ham.
5.   Bake 1-1/2 hours at 325 to 350~, basting every 15 minutes.
