Easter Basket Cupcakes
1 cake mix of your choice
of flavor
1 can of white icing
your choice of flavor
coconut
green food coloring
any small egg shaped
candies like jelly beans
colored pipe cleaners
1.
Prepare cupcakes as directed on cake mix package.

Cool completely.
3.
Ice with white icing that has been tinted green like grass with green food
coloring.
4.
Add green tinted coconut.
5.
Place jelly bean "eggs" on "grass."
Add
colored pipe cleaners, bending to resemble Easter basket handles.
Note:
To color the coconut, place coconut in a large jar with a lid, sprinkle
in green
food coloring. Place lid on jar and shake. I know to begin
with this does not
look like it's going to work but it comes out beautiful!
