2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oleo
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 tsp. anise or vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
4 cups flour

Mix all ingredients together.

Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
3.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
4.
Frost with assorted colored frosting when cool.
