Easter Egg Spread
Great way to use up those Easter Eggs after the hunt

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 Tbs. half and half, cream or milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

1. In small bowl, beat cream cheese and half and half until smooth.
2. Add seasonings.
3. Beat until blended.
4. Stir in eggs.
5. Cover and chill to blend flavors.
To Serve: Spread on crackers or cocktail rye bread as an appetizer.
Use as a sandwich filling or as a stuffing for tomatoes or celery sticks.

Makes about 1 1/3 Cups
