No Crust Easter Pie

1 1/2 LB Ricotta
1 LB cream cheese
6 eggs
2 Tbsp vanilla
6 Tbsp flour
1 pint sour cream

1. Cream the ricotta and cream cheese.
2. Add the eggs, beating them in one at a time.
3. Add the vanilla.
4. Spoon in the flour and sour cream.
5. Mix well.
6. Its going to be loose, so don't worry.
7. Pour mixture into a 10 inch springform pan.
8. Bake in a 325 degree F oven for about 1 hour.

Yields 8 servings
