Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

      1 LB Margarine
      2 c Peanut butter
      3 LB Confectioners' sugar
      3 tsp. Vanilla
      6 oz Package semisweet chocolate chips

1. Cream margarine and peanut butter together.
2. Add sugar and vanilla.
3. Mix together and form egg shape (or simple balls, if you prefer).
4. Place on cookie sheets lined with wax paper
5. Place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
6. Put toothpick into eggs
7. Dip into chocolate.
8. Put back on waxed paper
9. Remove toothpick.

Note: You can also use a spoon to dip them.
