Raisin Sauce For Ham

1 1/2 cups raisins
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoons vinegar -- (or more)
2 tablespoons cornstarch

1.   Simmer raisins in water to cover for 1 hour.
2.   Add mustard, sugar, salt and vinegar.
3.   Dissolve cornstarch in small amount of cold water.
4.   Add to sugar mixture.
5.   Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
6.   Serve hot with baked ham.
