Tri-flavored Easter Eggs

1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 cup flaked coconut
3 cups confectioners sugar
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 LB flavored compound counting

1. Can use either butterscotch or chocolate flavored compound counting.
2. Mix crumbs, coconut and 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar together in  bowl
3. Work in peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt.
4. Work in enough remaining confectioners sugar by hand to shape  centers easily.
5. Shape into small eggs.
6. Dip in melted compound coating.

Yields 6 servings
