1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 C. taco sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 10-ounce pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 C. shredded American or cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. water
1.
Cook ground beef in a small skillet until brown.

Drain off fat.

Stir in taco sauce, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Set aside.
5.
Unroll pizza dough.
6.
Roll dough into a 14x10x1/2x" rectangle.

Cut into twelve 3-1/2" squares.
8.
Divide filling among dough squares.
9.
Sprinkle with cheese.
10.Brush
edges with water.
11.Lift
one corner of each square.
12.Stretch
dough to the opposite corner, making a triangle.
13.Press
edges well with a fork.
14.Seal.
15.Arrange
on a greased baking sheet.
16.Prick
with fork.
17.Combine
egg and the 1 tsp. water.
18.Brush
onto turnovers.
19.Bake
in a 425º oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
20.Let
stand 5 minutes before serving.
