EASY MEXICAN LASAGNA

2 package (2 dozen) corn tortillas
1 med. can refried beans
1 can enchilada sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cups chopped green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
grated sharp cheddar cheese
sour cream and salsa for toppings

1. Cook ground beef until brown.
2. Drain.
3. Cook onion and pepper in 1 tsp. butter until clear colored.
4. Layer all ingredients with tortillas (just like you would lasagna noodles)  in baking dish.
4. Cover with enchilada sauce.
5. Bake uncovered at 375 for an hour.
6. Remove.
7. Cool for about 5 minutes.
8. Serve.
