1 pound pork strips
1/2 medium onion, peeled
and sliced
1 green pepper, seeded
and sliced
2 teaspoons vegetable
oil
4 flour tortillas, warmed
1.
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add oil; heat until hot.
3.
Toss pork strips, onion and pepper slices into skillet
4.
Stir-fry quickly 4-5 minutes.
5.
Roll up portions of the meat mixture in flour tortillas and serve with
purchased salsa, if
desired.
