1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Rotel
1 can chili no beans
1 can Ranch style
beans
1 lb Velveeta, cut
in chunks
8 oz sour cream
1.
Brown ground beef with onion; drain.

Mix all ingredients except sour cream in crockpot.
3.
Cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or low for 3 hours (until cheese is well
melted and
ingredients are blended).
4.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
Great to eat with tortilla chips, taco style toppings, and rice. Can also be put together quickly on stove top (just make sure not to let the cheese burn).
