Bacon Wrapped Pineapple
From Shannons Recipe Exchange

1lb of bacon
1 can of Pineapple chunks

1. Cook bacon until almost done but "NOT" crispy.
2. Drain on paper towel and cut slices in half.
3. Wrap a half a slice of bacon around the pineapple and hold with a tooth  pick.
4. Bake at 325 until bacon is crispy.
You can also wrap Scallops or Shrimp and use Duck Sauce as a dip.
