can beer
Water,
to cover

peppercorns

onions, (1 chopped, 1 halved)

Chop 1 onion.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Parboil ribs by placing in a large pot filled with beer and water.
4.
Add onion halfs and peppercorns.
5.
Bring to a boil.
6.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat.

In medium sized saucepan heat oil, chopped onion, and garlic.

Cook until onions become translucent.
3.
Add vinegar, ketchup, molasses, lemon juice and a dash of Worcestershire
sauce.
4.
Season with pepper and Tabasco sauce.
5.
Bring to a simmer.
6.
Remove ribs from pot.
7.
Brush on sauce.
8.
Place in roasting pan.
9.
Roast in oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
