Cook one for dinner tonight and freeze the other for a busy night!
2 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen
cut
broccoli
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream
of
mushroom soup
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream
of
celery soup
2 soup cans milk
2 c. shredded cheese
6 c. cubed cooked ham
4 c. quick cooking rice
1 Tbs. Worcestershire
sauce

Cook frozen broccoli; drain.

In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
3.
In large mixing bowl, stir together soup with milk and cheese.
4.
Add broccoli, onion, ham, uncooked rice and Worcestershire sauce.
5.
Divide mixture between 2 and 2 1/2 quart casseroles
6.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
